Place your body into a seat,
Loosen your hips and feel them sink softly.
Let your body and arms relax.
Land here with the deepest breath you have taken yet today.
Using this breath as an opportunity to move the energy through the body to connect with the present moment.
Now you can begin to access the most authentic self as the external world begins to fade away.
If your mind wanders,
Simply recommit to come back here.
Close your eyes and begin to quiet your mind.
Perhaps you hear the hustle and bustle around you,
But let this softly fade into the distance.
Feel the air deeply fill and leave your body.
Allow for your mind to silence softly.
Flowing into the present,
Into yourself.
Inhale purpose.
Feel peace.
Inhale and expand like an air balloon.
Edges of your being moving out further.
You are feeling lighter.
Going back to find yourself.
Back into this moment.
Visualise yourself surrounded by a blue sky.
The pale blue is perfectly blended with darker shades.
Light clouds softly glide in the atmosphere above.
Below you,
Where you sit,
There is a field of green.
Feel the vastness of the field,
Which stretches out as far as your eyes can see.
Breathe in the smell of freshly cut grass.
As you experience this,
You can now barely hear the sounds of the material world around you.
You are drifting into a world of peace and serenity.
Let your energy and focus entwine with the fresh,
Warm and calm around you.
The beauty of the sky and the scent of fauna reminds you of what is beautiful and magnificent about the natural world.
Feel these thoughts to lift you higher into a place of clarity and happiness.
The soft breeze and beautiful smells around take you away,
Away into this higher vibration.
Take in a fuller breath,
Focusing on your beautiful environment.
Exhale,
The world is slowly silencing around you.
Your mind is clearing.
Feel more elevated now.
Lighter.
You can shape your life and days ahead however you wish to.
Imagine what you would like to manifest in the moments and the days ahead.
How would you wish to feel in the present moment?
Feel it and live it now.
Feel the strength within you.
Thank yourself for the ability to make decisions which are right for you.
Feel in the knowledge that everything is always working out for you.
From this place of pure consciousness,
Become aware that within you,

Head to this space and choose resource or resources that you need today.

Make it a simple gift to yourself,
Whatever it is that you need and offer it to you.
Slowly accept the offer.
Let it populate within your being.
Imagine feel it soaking into your skin.
Your mind.
Your body.
Your energy.
Feel it replenish you.
Visualize your power growing.
