Welcome to today's meditation.
Today we are going to meditate with a very powerful and important angel.
His name is Pada'el,
Which means God had redeemed.
This angel has the power to remove any residue of negativity that we humans have created throughout our lives and the one condition that he can do that for us is that we have a true desire to change and to transform those negative traits within us.
So let's begin.
Please sit with your feet on the ground and cross your arms.
Lift your eyes 45 degrees above the field of vision.
Close them and take a deep breath in and out.
Allow yourself to sink into your chair.
Take another deep breath in and out and start relaxing your entire body from the top of your hands Relax your forehead,
The muscles around your eyes,
Your cheekbones,
Your jaw Relax the muscles of your neck and your shoulders,
Your arms all the way down to your fingertips.
Relax your chest,
Your abdomen,
Your back.
Relax your hips all the way down through your knees,
Through your calves,
To your fingertips.
Relax.
And imagine your feet have roots that go down into the ground all the way down to the core of the earth.
And you feel how these roots are now grounding you deeply.
And you see a beautiful white light coming from the core of the earth and going up and up and up through the roots into your feet.
And that light continues to go up through your legs and your hips,
Your stomach and your chest,
All the way up to the top of your head.
Now this light is forming a beautiful ball of light.
See this ball expanding and expanding until it completely surrounds you like a big cocoon of light swirling around you.
You feel the light inside of you.
You're feeling very calm and comfortable.
And at a distance,
You see a big beautiful crystal ball walk towards it.
And as you get near it,
The doors are opening and you step up and find a comfortable chair and you sit down.
The doors are closing and the ball is starting to lift up in the air and it's moving up and up into the sky.
You're seeing the place in which you are now becoming smaller and smaller and the ball keeps lifting up and up.
You can see your city now becoming smaller and smaller and your country and your continent.
The ball keeps going up and up and now you can see earth becoming smaller and smaller and the ball keeps flying up through the galaxy.
And now through different layers of energy different realms and worlds keeps going up and up.
And it is finally landing softly in a beautiful realm.
The doors are opening and you step out and as you look around you see many many colours many different shapes,
Everything is so beautiful.
And you're starting to walk into a chamber of light and crystal-like material shining beautiful.
And a big beautiful angel is greeting you in the opening of this chamber.
His name is Padau El.
He is opening his arms and embracing you.
He is taking you inside the chamber and he is showing you all this beautiful substance crystal looking like,
Beautiful energy.
You are asking him what is it?
And he is explaining to you every time a person is making a true commitment to transform the energy of this commitment coming to this chamber.
And every time a person goes against his ego desire,
His selfish desire the energy of that effort goes into this chamber.
And every time a person is committing an act of sharing that is beyond their comfort zone the energy of that action goes into this chamber.
And as far as the eye can see,
You see this crystal-like substance all over.
And Padau El is telling you now that all the negative actions in your past are weighing down on you,
On every human.
Their energy is dark and heavy.
But this energy can be wiped away,
Can be neutralized.
And all the beautiful energy in this chamber can be sent to your life and it will manifest as blessings in your life.
It can manifest as great relationships,
It can manifest as love,
It can manifest as healing,
It can manifest as abundance,
It can manifest as success,
It can manifest as joy and fulfillment.
So take a moment to think about past negativity or any negative trait within you that you no longer want in your life.
And make a commitment for true transformation.
That commitment creates the energy that Angel Padau El can send back to you to manifest as blessings.
Take a moment to do this work with him.
Bring up everything that you want to change and all the past negativities.
And think about all the blessings and the good things that you want to draw from this place.
And Padau El is now telling you,
I am also here to help anyone who is in pain,
Who is sick,
Who is in sorrow.
Think about all the people that you know and you love that are experiencing pain,
Disease,
Sorrow,
Including yourself.
And invite them to join you right now in the chamber with Padau El.
And ask Padau El to take their prayers and travel with them all the way up to source,
To the Creator.
And beg for their prayers to be answered.
See all those people that you invited overcoming their pain,
Healing from their disease,
Overcoming their sorrow.
See them smiling,
Happy,
Healthy.
Take a moment to give them love,
To give love to yourself.
And now say goodbye to them.
And now you can take a few more moments to just let yourself enjoy the energy in that chamber.

Ask him for advice and just listen to the answer.

Start to walk back from that chamber to the crystal ball.
Step up and sit inside the ball.
The doors are closing and the ball lifts up in the air and starting its journey down through the layers of energy,
Through the chambers and the walls.
Down and down through the galaxy into the atmosphere.
Seeing your continent coming closer and closer,
Seeing your city and the place in which you are now.
And the ball is landing softly on the ground.
The doors are opening and you are walking back into your space.
Take a deep breath in and out.
And feel in your body all the light that you are connected with.
Let it sink in.
