Hello,

This is your captain.

I am Captain Ryan of the SS Meditation.

Welcome to your spaceship ride.

Buckle up,

We are going to the moon.

Come into your seat,

Or maybe you lay down because we are going to be flying high.

Your choice,

Just get where you're comfortable and buckle up.

Now once you've arrived in your seat,

You can look around.

Maybe you see other people near you.

They're going to the moon too.

As you get into your seatbelt,

Take a giant breath through your nose,

Breathing in,

And then as you exhale,

Press your breath away.

Now we need to learn to breathe special when we go to the moon.

So this time I want you to breathe and put your breath all the way in your belly.

Make it inflate like a big balloon.

And now release the balloon.

That is your moon breath.

Now when we arrive at the moon,

We'll have another breath.

But for right now,

Moon breath.

Take a breath in,

Inflate your belly,

And then let it go.

Get buckled up because here we go.

Closing your eyes,

Start to feel the rocket ship starting up.

It's beginning to move.

You can hear the engines and we're off.

Can you feel your body getting lighter?

Remember to breathe your moon breath.

Your body is getting lighter.

Maybe you feel your toes getting light,

Your legs getting light,

Your entire body now going into the atmosphere.

We are now floating,

Floating in space.

What can you see?

Do you see stars?

Can you see satellites?

Maybe you see our moon way in the distance.

We're going there today.

Can you feel how relaxed your body is in this weightlessness?

We're almost to the moon.

Maybe you can see its colors and some mountains.

Do you see a place on the moon where we can land?

Close your eyes.

We're starting to come to the moon.

Take a giant moon breath in,

Inflate your belly,

And then let it go.

Now sometimes there can be things that are scary,

Things that are unknown.

When we see those things I'm going to teach you a little trick.

You can hold out your hands,

Open your palms,

And take your thumb and your pointer finger together.

Taking a breath in,

Repeat the words with me.

Breathe in and then close your finger.

Say I.

Release the breath.

Now take your middle finger in your thumb.

Take a breath in.

Am is the word.

Now taking your ring finger,

Take a breath in to your thumb.

So Now your littlest finger to your thumb.

Take a breath in and the word is calm.

So now all the words together.

Take a breath in using our fingers.

I am so calm.

Breath in,

Fingers,

Pointer finger and your thumb.

I,

Middle finger,

Am,

Ring finger,

So pinky finger,

Calm.

Last one.

I am so calm.

And now we're on the moon.

Let's open the door and go out,

But we have to put on our space helmets.

When you put on your space helmet your breath might change a little bit.

You might sound a little different.

I want you to start to breathe through your nose.

Breathing in and then breathe out your mouth.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Breathing in,

Out through your mouth.

Let's walk on the moon.

There's dips and valleys,

But there's nothing around us.

Just the light of the earth behind us.

Can you see where you live?

I think that we should leave a flag from the SS meditation on the moon.

What do you think?

Let's put our flag right here.

All right,

Here it goes.

Look how beautiful our flag is.

Okay,

Let's make our way back to the spaceship.

Our time has come and we need to go all the way back to Earth.

Taking our last breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

On the way back to the spaceship we follow our footprints all the way back and inside the spaceship.

Now we can take off our helmet.

Remember what we did when before we left?

Bringing our hands to our knees and taking a breath in through our nose.

Staying the words,

I am so calm.

I am so calm.

Now let's take our space right all the way back to Earth.

Buckle up,

Breathing in through your belly and releasing the bubble.

Buckle your seat belt and here we go all the way back to Earth.

Flying as fast as we can,

Passing by satellites and other spaceships.

Oh,

Can you see your house on Earth?

Can you see your school?

Let's fly past your school all the way around it and coming to your house.

We'll park outside of your house and we're landing.

Our legs are starting to get heavier.

We're back on Earth.

Our knees and our body and our hands are starting to get heavier and we're all the way back at home.

Did you have a fun space ride?

I did too.

Next time we can maybe go to another planet or maybe we can visit another galaxy.

Thank you for taking a ride on the SS meditation with me today,

Captain Ryan.

Have a wonderful and fun day.

Bye.

You

This popped up on my recommended meditations, so I played it, since I’ve enjoyed all the breathwork stuff you’ve posted to IT. This was so cute and I soon realized this was designed for kids. I giggled and sat back in my recliner with the massager on, which created a space ship kind of buzzing! lol. I absolutely felt like a kid and was able to relax and unwind with a silly and whimsical vibe. The mudra was perfect, too! Thanks 😊

Waaauw ... Just did this with my son (10 years) and daughter (8 years). There was a lot of anxiety but they left all that behind on the moon. Captain Ryan has a calming voice my son said. Thank you for this one 🙏🏼🙏🏼

So fun and practical too. I can’t wait to do this with my grandchildren to teach them the “I AM SO CALM” mudra.

Love this meditation! It captures my three-year old’s attention and I enjoy it as well.
