Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Leslie,
And I am grateful that you have chosen me to guide you in this meditation with amethyst crystal.
Before we get started,
Just find yourself somewhere nice and quiet where you can either sit or lie down comfortably without being disturbed for the next little while.
If you choose,
You can hold an amethyst crystal in your hand,
Or you could place it on your third eye or your crown chakra.
And whenever you're ready,
Just take a nice deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Just allow the eyes to gently close.
Or if you prefer,
You can simply soften your gaze,
Taking a nice deep breath in,
And exhale,
Breathing in deeply into the belly.
Just allowing yourself to fully surrender into the moment,
And breathing out.
Just allow those shoulders to drop down away from the ears.
Allow the jaw to loosen,
To unclench,
Perhaps placing the tip of your tongue on the roof of the mouth,
Just where the teeth meet the palate.
As you breathe deeply,
Relaxation,
Peace,
And calm,
Exhaling any stress,
Any tension,
Allowing the body to just let go.
Allowing the body to surrender into the supportive surface beneath you,
Knowing that it is safe to let go,
And to simply be,
Allowing the breath to calm the mind,
Allowing the breath to carry you to that place of deep,
Deep inner peace,
Of deep tranquility.
Now just imagine,
Pretend,
Get a sense or a feeling,
Whichever is most vivid for you,
That a soft,
Purifying light is enveloping your entire body,
You in a blanket of comfort.
And as you breathe in,
Imagine this light entering your body,
Purifying your mind,
Your soul,
Letting go of any thoughts,
Any emotions or energy that no longer serve you.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine a deep sense of peace and calm spreading throughout your mind.
Allow yourself to surrender to this feeling of tranquility,
Letting go of any worries or concerns.
Know that this soft,
Purifying light is working to balance,
To heal that soul.
And it's time now to journey inward,
To journey to that place of imagination,
A place deep within where all things are possible,
That place that holds all the wonders of the universe.
And as I begin to count down from 10 to 1,
You find yourself stepping down 10 solid stone steps,
Leading down,
Down.
Each number that I count,
And with each step down you take,
You sink deeper and deeper into relaxation and staircase.
10,
Down,
Deeper and deeper.
8,
Sinking,
Drifting.
7,
Down,
Deeper still.
With 6,
Deeper and deeper down.
Each step down you take.
With 5,
Deeper and deeper still.
With 6,
Sinking deeper and deeper down.

Your body is weightless,
Your mind is clear.
2,
The sound of my voice wrapping you in a blanket of comfort,
Keeping you safe and warm as we travel inwards,
With 1,
And as you step off that last step,
You find yourself standing at the entrance to a beautiful forest.
The sun is shining,
The weather is just the way you like it.
As you turn your face to the sun,
You feel its gentle warmth on your face.
And smiling to yourself,
You begin to walk into the forest.
You follow the path,
Stopping a long way to admire the beauty of this ancient forest,
And see trees of all shapes and sizes,
Each blanketing the path with their soft needles,
Spruce providing shade as you venture deeper and deeper into the woods.
You smell the fresh scent of the earth beneath your feet,
Feeling more and more grounded each step you take.
You hear the rustle of the leaves blowing in gentle breeze,
The sounds of squirrels and rabbits playing in the underbrush,
The buzz of insects,
And your eyes light upon the most beautiful dragonfly that you have ever seen as it darts about in the air.
And the dragonfly gently lands on a leaf in front of you,
And it seems to be waiting for you to approach.
And as you do,
It flies a little further along the path,
Before landing again,
And waiting for you.
It seems to be beckoning to you to follow.
And so,
You do.
And the dragonfly leads you to the pouch cave,
And instinctively you know that something good and pure and magical awaits you inside.
You enter the cave,
Your eyes adjusting to the dim light within,
And the dragonfly leads you deeper and deeper and deeper into the cave,
Deeper and deeper into the depths of the earth as the cave floor slopes gently downwards.
You feel completely safe and at ease as you follow the dragonfly,
Knowing that only good and positive things can happen in this cave,
And as you go,
Sinking gradually down into the depths,
The light growing dimmer as you walk,
You notice a purple glow coming from a distance in front of you.
You walk through the darkest part of the cave,
Stepping through into an inner chamber filled with the beautiful.
As you look around,
You realize that you are standing inside a massive amethyst cathedral.
As you enter the cathedral,
Everything is bathed in a purple light.
The energy of amethyst surrounds you as you feel any and all energy that no longer serves you being pulled off your physical,
Emotional energy bodies,
Leaving you feeling cleansed and purified by its beautiful light.
You feel a sense of overall protection,
Of healing any dis-ease in the body.
As you breathe in the purple glow,
You feel a sense of physical,
Emotional,
And mental balance taking place deep within the amethyst energy surrounding you,
Calming you,
Soothing you.
You feel a tingling sensation in your third eye and your crown chakras.
You feel this deep purple light shining from the amethyst,
Stimulating these chakras and enhancing your intuition and your spiritual awareness.
Allow yourself now to be fully present in the moment and to be open to any insights or revelations that may come as I leave you in this amethyst cathedral for a few moments to absorb all the healing energy within this amethyst cathedral.
Take a moment now to appreciate the healing power of the amethyst and the positive effects that it has had on your well-being.
You can carry this sense of peace and calm with you throughout the day,
Knowing that the amethyst energy is always there to support you.
Now whenever you're ready,
Just allow those eyes to open,
Taking in a deep breath,
Feeling the amethyst energy filling the air.
