Welcome.

My name is Leslie,

And I'm grateful that you have chosen me to guide you in this meditation today.

This recording contains a powerful hypnotic induction that's designed to help you and your baby to connect,

To prepare body,

Mind,

For a calm and peaceful labor and birth.

For maximum benefit,

It is recommended that you listen to this recording daily,

And daily,

Right up to and including the day of the birth.

So I'd like you to find a nice,

Quiet place to sit or to lie down and just make yourself comfortable.

Take a nice deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Just allow your eyes to gently close.

Take another nice deep breath in,

Breathing in relaxation,

Peace,

And calm.

And as you exhale,

Exhale any stress or tension from your body.

Another nice deep breath in,

Breathing in love and positivity.

As you breathe out,

Just exhaling any negative thoughts that you may be having.

Breathing in peace and harmony,

And breathing out anything that no longer serves you.

As you continue to focus on your breath,

I'd like you to imagine a beautiful green light that enters your body through the top of your head.

As this beautiful green light enters your body,

You feel a sense of calm begin to spread,

Relaxing your muscles as this beautiful green light begins to work its way down your body,

Relaxing all the muscles in your head,

Your forehead,

Your eyes.

Feeling any tension,

Just releasing and letting go as this beautiful sense of calm and relaxation spreads down over your cheeks,

And you feel as the muscles in your jaw relax.

Perhaps you may feel that your chin wants to start dropping down towards your chest.

Just accept whatever feelings of relaxation are happening for you,

Knowing that you are exactly where you are meant to be at this precise moment.

Clearing your mind,

Feel the relaxation spread down your neck and your shoulders.

See and feel this beautiful,

Peaceful green light as it spreads peace,

Calm,

Relaxation down your arms,

All the way to the tip of your fingers.

Perhaps your hands feel heavy,

Perhaps they feel light as feathers.

Whatever the feeling is for you,

Observe it and accept it as a natural progression of your body releasing and unwinding into perfect peace,

Calm,

And relaxation.

Feel as this beautiful green light works its way down your body to your chest,

Where it stops briefly at your heart,

Where it fills you with a sense of love and acceptance,

Filling you with gratitude for your healthy body which is doing exactly what it needs to do for everything to work out perfectly for you.

Allow this beautiful light to continue moving down your body,

Spreading relaxation,

Peace,

Calm,

Relaxing all the muscles in your back,

Your stomach,

Your abdomen,

Where it once again stops filling you with perfect health,

Preparing your body to do exactly what it needs to do to create the perfect environment for the perfect outcome,

Ensuring that everything works out perfectly for you as the beautiful green light continues.

You feel the muscles in your legs release and unwind,

Your thighs,

Your calves,

Your feet,

And all the way down to the very tip of your toes.

And now that your body,

Mind,

And spirit are completely relaxed and open,

And now that you are at your deepest level of relaxation,

So calm,

So relaxed,

So at ease,

Take a moment now and connect with your baby.

Connect with the little one growing within your body,

So much a part of you.

And as you breathe and sync with your little one,

Allow your minds,

Your hearts,

Your souls to connect,

To be as one.

Now I'd like you to take a moment just to tap into your imagination.

Remember as a child how easily you were able to imagine and play?

You could spend hours playing happily,

Imagining all sorts of wonderful things.

And using that imagination now,

I'd like you to imagine that you and your baby are able to rehearse the day that he or she comes into this world.

You're able to rehearse the day,

How it will play out,

And you're able to imagine to pretend to visualize that day,

And you are able to make that day happen exactly the way that you want it to.

So go ahead now.

Using all the powers of your imagination,

See,

Feel,

Hear,

Imagine that day,

Your little one is ready to be born,

Is finally here.

How do you want that day to progress?

Allow this day to play out peacefully,

Calmly in your mind.

The mind is such a powerful tool,

And you have the power to use your mind,

Your imagination to visualize.

Imagine exactly how you want this birth experience to happen for you.

Perhaps you see yourself calmly writing out the contractions,

Mama and baby in sync,

As one through the process.

Imagine yourself really there,

Feeling calm,

Feeling in control,

Knowing that your body knows instinctively what it needs to do,

And your baby knows instinctively what to do,

And knowing that for millennia,

Women have experienced this most natural,

Yet miraculous event,

Experiencing the greatest joy.

And I'm going to be quiet for a moment to allow you the time to rehearse the day in your own mind,

In the exact way that you see this day working for you.

So go ahead now,

Turn up the brightness on everything that you can see,

Turn up the volume on everything that you can hear,

Making this process a truly peaceful,

Joyous,

Calm,

And beautiful process.

Good.

Excellent.

You have done such a great job.

Of setting the stage for how this day will unfold,

Believing in the power of your subconscious mind,

Knowing that the power of your subconscious mind will make this day work exactly the way you want it to,

Knowing that all is well.

And as you continue to relax,

You can allow yourself to calmly bring your awareness back to your body whenever you're ready,

Or to just continue to relax deeply,

Calmly,

And peacefully.
