Welcome to this guided healing meditation.

My name is Leslie and I am grateful that you have chosen me to guide you into a space of healing and renewal.

Settle yourself comfortably and when you're ready,

Allow your eyes to gently close.

Allow your muscles to simply release and let go.

Your body sinking into the supportive surface beneath you.

Your body relaxing,

Unwinding from the tensions of the day.

Allow your breath to become slow and steady and so easy.

Taking you to that place of deep inner peace,

Of deep connection to your soul,

Deep connection to the source of all things.

Your subconscious mind follows the sound of my voice as it takes you down,

Down,

Down to a place of imagination.

A place where all things are possible and all things are within reach.

Taking you down into a deeper and deeper relaxed state.

You find yourself in a beautiful spring meadow surrounded by tall wild grasses swaying gently in the breeze.

An abundance of brightly coloured,

Fragrant and beautiful wildflowers.

Feel the warm breeze as it gently caresses your skin.

The spring sunshine kisses your cheeks with its warm and gentle rays.

You hear the muffled sounds of your footsteps cushioned by the damp earth beneath you.

Your ears filled with the sounds of songbirds happily singing their joy to the world around them.

Watching the flight of the honeybees as they buzz from flower to flower.

Crickets chirping,

Leaping out of your path as your footsteps take you deeper and deeper into the meadow.

At the edge of the meadow,

The tall grasses and wildflowers meet the towering canopy of trees of a rich and enchanting forest.

You hear the rustle of the leaves on the gentle breeze whispering their message of hope,

Of healing,

Of renewal.

And every cell in your body responds to that whispered message of renewal,

Rebirth,

Healing.

The whispered secrets of life,

Of creation,

Repair,

Renewal,

Healing and rebirth.

Up ahead,

You see a cottage that has been allowed to fall into disrepair.

As you come closer to the cottage,

You step up onto the deck that wraps itself lovingly the whole way around the cottage.

And you see that a good coat of paint would do wonders to this sturdy and perfect spot from which one could sit peacefully looking out over the majestic views all around.

Stepping through the front door,

It becomes clear that this was once a beautiful and well-loved home.

Perhaps the former resident was no longer able to care for the place,

To give it the tender loving care it deserves.

Looking around the well-lit living room,

You find a dusty,

Cushioned window seat.

And instinctively you know that this was once a favorite spot for someone to sit in,

To sit in and enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful place.

You take a seat and as you close your eyes,

You see in your mind's eye the former glory of the room.

You sense the distant memories of children playing happily.

You hear the echo of their laughter,

The innocence of their play and their complete joie de vivre.

And you see how this could once more become a loving and well-loved home.

The foundation is good and strong.

The bones of this place are solid.

In your mind's eye,

You see the repairs being done.

The old electrical wiring being replaced with new and efficient wiring,

Creating new circuits,

New pathways,

Repairing,

Renewing the old plumbing being replaced.

The floor,

The walls being repaired,

Renewed,

Healed,

Reborn as a coat of paint brightens the room.

And as you admire the handiwork of your imagination,

You feel a tingling deep within.

As you follow the sensation of this gentle,

Unpleasant tingling within your body,

Your focus goes deeper and deeper within.

Following the call of this sensation,

Your focus comes to rest on a single cell deep within your body.

This single cell carries the original blueprint of your perfect health,

Your perfect wellness,

Your perfect vitality.

This perfect single cell begins to glow a beautiful,

Brilliant,

And bright golden orange.

This perfect single cell begins vibrating at a higher and higher frequency.

And as this beautiful,

Perfect single cell glows in that brilliant golden orange,

Vibrating at a higher and higher level,

It spreads that beautiful golden orange to all the cells around it.

And you watch in wonder as one cell after another begins vibrating at a higher and higher frequency,

Glowing in that beautiful,

Brilliant orange gold color.

As the blueprint for your perfect health,

Your perfect wellness,

Your perfect vitality is spread from cell to cell to cell.

And you feel as your whole body begins vibrating at that higher and higher frequency.

Your whole body begins glowing in that beautiful,

Brilliant,

Golden orange.

You feel your body being repaired,

Being renewed,

Being filled with perfect health and vitality.

Healing from deep within.

And for a moment,

Just allow yourself to be completely absorbed by this brilliant golden orange color.

Feeling the vibrations,

Filling your body,

The blueprint of your perfect health and vitality,

Filling every cell in your body,

Renewing,

Rejuvenating.

And as this beautiful,

Brilliant,

Golden orange infuses your entire being,

Transferring that perfect blueprint from cell to cell to cell.

You know that a deep and magical healing is taking place.

And you know that as you continue with your days,

Every time you see the color orange,

You are reminded of that perfect blueprint that will continue to spread from cell to cell.

Every time,

From this moment forward,

That you see the color orange,

Brilliant,

Golden color,

Vibrating at a higher and higher frequency,
