This sound meditation, recorded live with a group, will support you to cleanse your whole mind, body and soul system. It will help you be with any thoughts and feelings more easily. So you can relax into a more resourceful inner space within yourself. Each time you return to this meditation it will drop you deeper and deeper into a cleansing energetic space. Observe yourself gently and easily and allow yourself to let go of anything that no longer serves you.

Welcome to this Tibetan singing bowl meditation.

I'm Catherine Wakefield,

The founder of Soothing Sounds for the Soul and I'll be guiding you through this sound meditation.

Before we start,

It's important to understand that this meditation is best done with your eyes closed,

Laying down in a comfortable position,

Preferably with headphones for full effect.

It's not a good idea to listen to this whilst driving or operating machinery.

Remember,

If you get interrupted or need to stop earlier than the end of this meditation track,

That's absolutely okay and you will still benefit from the effects of taking this time for yourself.

I'll guide you into a relaxed state with my voice and invite your body and mind to connect.

You'll hear the sound of the bowls and then the sound of my voice will bring you back into the here and now.

It's time now for you to find yourself in a nice,

Comfortable position,

Somewhere you're unlikely to be disturbed.

Go ahead and close your eyes.

And just notice what happens when you inwardly invite the whole of your torso,

Organs,

Spine to completely and utterly relax and sink a little deeper.

And then bring your awareness from your shoulders all the way down your arms,

Into your hands,

Fingers,

Palms of the hands,

Back of the hands.

Just allowing them to soften and melt,

And then let go.

Then again,

You may inwardly notice what happens when you invite the whole of your arms and your hands to completely and utterly relax.

And finally bringing your awareness into your head,

Back of the head,

Front of the head,

Top of the head,

And then you can just relax and relax.

Just noticing all your lip muscles,

Chin muscles,

Cheek muscles,

Eye muscles,

Forehead,

Ears.

Just inwardly inviting the whole of your head to completely relax and soften onto whatever is beneath you.

And gently bring your focus back to the rise and fall of your breath.

And if you wish,

Just create your own little bubble or sphere around you,

Your safe space for the next hour,

Just to enjoy and let go.

You perhaps might like to imagine a cord,

Strong,

Thick-like anchor,

From the bottom of your spine dropping down into the centre of the earth.

Grounding you gently.

And this acts as a drain,

Allowing anything you wish to release or let go throughout the session,

Just drain away into the earth to be transformed.

Thank you for making the time to be here.

And now,

Be here with you,

And for you.

Thank you for being you.

Everything that you know is possible,

You get to choose.

And what if this could be even easier?

Notice how you can become very aware of your whole body and the energy around it right now.

Just pay attention to the quality of the energy inside and outside your body.

You might notice where it's tight,

And perhaps you might notice where it's relaxed and soft.

You might even notice where in the energy around you is warm.

And perhaps you might notice where in the energy around you is cool.

Did you know that 98% of your thoughts and feelings are in fact other people's thoughts and feelings?

And you can notice these thoughts and feelings because you will have accepted them or taken them on from other people as your own.

As a thought enters your awareness,

Just say internally,

Thought,

And ask who does it belong to?

And notice if you feel lighter or heavier.

As a sensation or emotion enters your awareness,

Just internally say feeling and ask gently who does this belong to?

Notice if you feel lighter or heavier.

And anything that that is,

If you've chosen to buy it or accept it as your own,

At any time in any timeline,

Time's a godzillion.

Are you ready to destroy an uncreated,

Right-wrong-good-bad pop-pod or my short-sport with meons?

Perhaps there is an area that you cannot scan in your body.

Perhaps it's impossible to sense in any way.

Or maybe your scan skips this place in your body.

This area might be difficult to sense.

Over time we build a resistance to awareness in areas of our body,

Mind and soul that have contracted long-term.

Wherever we cannot reach awareness holds the key to inviting more spaciousness,

Consciousness,

Openness and ease.

Anywhere within or without your body that needs that.

And all that that is,

Would you destroy an uncreated,

Right-wrong-good-bad pop-pod or my short-sport with meons?

And who does this contraction,

Dis-ease,

Numbness,

Ache or pain belong to?

No need to think,

Just listen.

What do you notice?

Who are you aware of?

Who does it belong to?

Just return it to centre.

And if it's yours in any way are you ready to destroy an uncreated,

Right-wrong-good-bad pop-pod or my short-sport with meons?

Can you feel the energy shift?

Remember to breathe and sigh out.

Anything that doesn't allow the light,

Ease of movement and flow in and around your body.

It's as easy as the decision right now,

In this moment.

Anything residual,

Who does it belong to?

Any uncomfort,

Niggle,

Tenseness or modification that's not your natural,

Authentic self.

And return that to centre.

And beyond that,

Whatever pattern,

Loyalty,

Contract or relationship event you've accepted it,

As your own let's destroy an uncreated now.

Time's a godzillion on all timelines and dimensions,

Right-wrong-good-bad pop-pod or my short-sport with meons.

And so what do you notice now?

What are you aware of now?

Right now.

As you settle into the possibilities,

Let's go to the outside edges of you.

Not your body,

Your body has edges that you can touch and feel further out.

Reach out to the furthest outside edges of you.

Where do you exist as an infinite being?

Connecting to your spirit's true nature?

What are you aware of?

Can you notice the sore?

Like as if you were an eagle,

Soaring across the land in spring at dawn.

And it feels like rebirth.

What are you aware of now?

Perhaps the lush green textures of the land in summer burgeoning ripe fruit for the picking in all shapes and sizes and colours.

What do you notice now?

As your keen eagle eye senses a lone leaf dropping softly from the branch of an old oak tree onto the ground,

Signifying autumn.

What are you aware of right now?

Until finally the leaf upon the floor of the wood decomposes into the soil becoming nutrients for the old oak trees deep and long roots into the earth throughout the winter.

What are you aware of right now?

Can you notice the magic,

Mystery,

Possibilities and infinite choices available to you once you surrender?

If you were creating your reality today what would you choose?

What would you change?

What would you create?

Everything that doesn't allow you to know,

Be and receive that.

Will you just grow up,

Destroy and uncreate it now?

White,

Long,

Good,

Bad,

All I'm sure is poison beyond.

The planet has changed,

Now we get to create the future.

Do you know what you desire?

Let's create the future together.
