Welcome to this All Aways' Sound Journey.

This sound journey has been created for you to listen to in the comfort of your home,

To continue your regular practice of creating positive shifts on a physical,

Mental,

Emotional level and to lighten life.

This session has a duration of one hour,

But before we start,

I'd like to ask you to find a comfortable and quiet place where you can lie down or sit back in a reclined position and please use headphones for listening for an optimal personal experience.

The end of session will be indicated with my voice and from there you can enjoy some time in silence before slowly returning to your daily activities.

The intention we set for this session is building calm and resilience.

Especially in these times of change,

A sense of calm will help us to feel centered and grounded.

A calm state is offering yourself a greater sense of clarity and focus,

While connecting to your natural state and personal strength.

Especially when feeling stressed,

Our level of resilience will allow for growing patience,

Trust in self and perseverance to be of help for yourself,

For your loved ones and anyone you connect to.

Once you have settled yourself in a comfortable position,

You can close your eyes and if you like you can use an eye cover to relax your eyes better.

Rest your hands besides your body on your heart space or solar plexus area or when seated your hands can rest on your thighs or knees.

We start with focusing on your breath.

Gently breathe in from your belly area,

While relaxing your neck,

Shoulders and chest.

Breathe in and when full,

Hold for a short moment.

Then gently release your breath until empty and try to stay there for a few seconds in stillness before breathing in again.

So gently breathe in from your belly area,

While relaxing your neck,

Shoulders and chest.

Then hold for a short moment and release gently until empty and then sit there in stillness for a few seconds before breathing in again.

As you are moving through this pattern of slow breath,

Allow your body to relax,

Starting from your toes,

Your ankles,

Your calves,

Thighs,

Your hips,

Spine,

Belly area,

Your stomach,

Chest,

Your throat,

Neck and shoulders,

Elbows,

Your wrists,

Hands and fingers and then back to your lower jaw and release it from clamping your teeth or tightening your lips.

This will allow space for your jaw and chin to gently hang.

Relax your mouth,

Your nose and cheeks,

Your eyelids and eyebrows,

Forehead,

Ears and finally the crown of your head.

Allow your body to relax from your toes to the crown of your head as you are moving through this cycle of slow breathing.

Letting go of all the negative at the out-breath and inviting the positive at in-breath.

Your hips,

Your thighs,

Allow yourself to slowly and gently return into your personal space.

Start wriggling your toes and fingers,

Stretching your arms,

Legs and back and you can press your tongue against your palate to create a sense of headspace.

And whenever you are ready,

You can slowly sit upright where you may want to spend a few moments in silence.

Please take care of sufficient hydration and take some self-time in quiet before going back to attend to your daily activities.

Usually a live session where resonance can also be felt through the body will have an effect on your personal state for at least 48 hours.

This session can be listened to whenever you feel called to relax with these sounds.
