Welcome to my meditation.

I'm Sophia Tackett.

Thank you for joining me today.

For this meditation,

You will need a mirror and a comfortable place to either sit or stand.

Take three deep breaths while you look at yourself within the mirror.

And just clear your mind.

Look into your eyes without judgment.

Place a soft smile on your face.

Get comfortable at looking at yourself and relax.

See the love that lives within your eyes.

See who you truly are.

Focus on the shape of your eyes and how they're positioned.

Focus on the way your eyes feel when you blink.

You can either repeat after me or let these words wash over you as you look at yourself within the mirror.
