Welcome to my meditation,

I'm Sophia Tuckett I'm happy to be spending this time with you today Place a soft,

Gentle smile on your face Get yourself into a comfortable position and close your eyes Feel the way your body is being supported by the ground,

The chair,

Or bed If there's pain,

Breathe into the pain and let it melt away Focus on your feet,

How they're positioned,

The way they feel Imagine if there's any pain anywhere within the feet Give thanks to your feet and how they support you Even on your most tired days Thank you Focus on your legs Is there any pain being felt or tension?

Breathe into any discomfort Relax and let it melt away Give thanks to your legs for the bare weight of your body each and every day Thank you Focus on your torso Is there any pain being felt?

Breathe into the pain or discomfort Relax and let it go Feel the way your hip flexors are attached to your torso The way you may be positioned and how they feel right now Feel the life that lives within your torso Your heart as it constantly pumps blood through your body effortlessly Give thanks to the numerous organs that live within your torso that work 24-7 to bring you life Thank you Focus on your arms The way they're positioned Is there any pain?

Breathe into the pain that may be showing up Relax and let it go Give thanks to the mobility your arms bring to your life each day Thank you Focus on your shoulders and your neck The way they're positioned If there's any pain Relax and let it go Give thanks to your shoulders and your neck Thank you Focus on your face How it's feeling in this moment Is there any tension or tightness within your face?

Breathe into it Relax and let it go Release your jaw Release your tongue from the roof of your mouth Give thanks to your face Thank you May you see gratitude throughout your day Gratitude in each person you may lay your eyes on To your family,

Co-workers and friends To your pets Thank you May the gratitude beam through your chest As a light that attracts love,

Kindness and peace To all the creatures that crosses your path Thank you May you see gratitude in the trees,

The wildlife that lives outside your home That passes each day in your busy life Living in their habitat Going about their world Thank you Take three breaths Wiggle your toes Wiggle your hands Open your eyes when you are ready Move into your day with eyes of gratitude Namaste
