Hi everyone.

I'm Sophia Tuckett.

Get yourself into a comfortable position and close your eyes.

If you're sitting,

That's fine.

Take this time for yourself.

Take a moment to be mindful of your breathing.

Now,

Take an inhale and a count of six.

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

And hold for four seconds.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale.

Let it out.

We're going to continue doing this for three rounds.

Inhale.

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

And hold for four.

Two,

Three,

Four.

And let it out.

Exhale.

Again.

Inhale for six.

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

And hold for four.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale.

One more time.

Inhale for six.

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Hold.

Two,

Three,

Four.

And let it out.

Exhale.

I'm sure your mind is clear.

Imagine yourself walking down a hallway.

The hallway is lit up.

It's bright.

And as you come to the door at the end of the hallway,

You open it.

As you walk into the room,

The door gently closes behind you.

And all you see around you are these huge bubbles,

Transparent bubbles just floating.

And as you reach out to touch one of them,

You notice a picture appears.

And as that picture appears,

You look into the bubble and you recognize there's a dream,

A dream you've had a dream you've had in the past as a child,

As something you would have accomplished as an adult.

And as you bring the bubble closer to you,

A slight smile appears upon your face.

And you see yourself,

That seven-year-old you,

Imagining this idea of your dream,

Adulthood.

And you're in awe.

And you remember that moment.

As you stand with it,

Looking into the bubble,

Looking at your seven-year-old self,

You feel a sense of calm and peace come over you.

And peace come over you.

Now take that bubble and bring it close to your body.

And give it a squeeze as if you're going to hug it.

And the moment you hug your bubble,

It absorbs into your body,

Through your clothes,

Into your pores.

And you feel a burst of energy and lightness come over you.

You feel joy.

You feel extremely calm,

But happy.

You continue to walk around the room,

Looking at these bubbles,

Seeing nothing,

But you attempt to touch another bubble.

As you touch the bubble,

Another dream appears.

And this is a dream that you had 10 years ago to accomplish something that you've yet to accomplish.

And as you reach out,

And as you're touching the bubble and bringing it closer to your face,

A sense of awe comes over you.

Because you remember the mindset you were in when you had that idea of what your next 10 years would look like.

As you smile at this idea,

And the past you with this idea,

You feel somewhat excited to take on this dream again.

You bring the dream closer to your face.

You're looking at your past self,

And you realize,

I want this goal.

I want this lifestyle.

Bring that bubble closer to your body,

To your chest,

And give it a squeeze with acceptance that you will now take on this goal.

And squeeze it tight,

And inhale deeply,

Embracing this new energy that this dream and goal brings into your body,

And place a nice big smile on your face.

And inhale deeply.

As you continue to walk around this room full of bubbles,

You decide to bend down,

And there's a medium-sized bubble at your feet.

And as you touch it,

Another goal appears.

As you lean in onto your knees,

You recognize,

This is a thought I had three years ago,

To accomplish a goal that you have yet to follow through on.

And you bring it close to yourself.

And you notice,

This was just a thought that you had in a space of frustration.

As you look at yourself in that space of frustration,

You notice there's something more happening with you.

You bring this thought to your mind,

And you bring it closer to your body.

And you notice,

There's something more happening with you.

You bring this bubble closer,

And you're watching yourself in this space,

Recognizing your past self could have made changes but didn't.

As you take this bubble into your body,

You touch it with two hands,

Bringing it close to your chest.

And you push it into your chest with both hands.

As it's going into your body,

You feel ease,

Relaxation,

And calm,

Accepting the frustration is no longer within you,

But the idea that you had in the past is something you want to bring forward for your future.

As you sit there touching your chest,

Feeling your heartbeat and your ease,

You are content,

You are full and joyous for all three of the goals and dreams you have absorbed back into your body,

Acknowledging that yes,

They were only just thoughts,

But today,

They're new beginnings.

You embrace these goals,

You embrace these dreams as a part of you today.

And as you feel the rhythm of your heart and this ease over your body,

You know you're aligned to something bigger.

You feel aligned to your goals.

Feel your heart.

Place a smile on your face and accept where you are today.

Accept where you'll be in the future.

And accept your dreams that you've absorbed back into yourself,

Seeking for more and a brighter future.

Sending you love and light.

Continue to aim for you and be well.
