I'm thankful to be sharing this space with you.

Find yourself a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Focus on your breathing.

There's no reason to change the way you're breathing.

Feel the way your body's being moved by your breath.

Relax into your position.

Release into your body.

Let your body fall deeply into what you're being supported by.

Let go.

Fall into your cushion or chair.

Let your body be without movement.

Feel your self worth.

Feel the deservingness within you.

You are worthy of each breath you take.

You are worthy of a healthy body.

You are worthy of compassion.

You are worthy of success.

You are worthy of love.

You are worthy of joy.

You are worthy of kindness.

You are worthy of confidence.

You are worthy of peace.

You are worthy of acceptance.

You are worthy of happiness.

Feel your self worth.

It's powerfully alive within you.

Say,

I am deserving of my goals and dreams.

Come back to your breath.

Move your toes and your hands.

Bring awareness back into your room.

Move into your day,

Beaming with compassion and the knowing you are deserving of every opportunity that comes your way.
