Get yourself into a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Let your body feel heavy.

Let go.

Take five deep meaningful breaths.

Inhale,

Acceptance.

Exhale,

Resentment.

Inhale,

Acceptance.

Exhale,

Resentment.

Inhale,

Acceptance.

Exhale,

Resentment.

Inhale,

Acceptance.

Exhale,

Resentment.

Inhale,

Acceptance.

Exhale,

Resentment.

Let go of the resentment you may be holding.

Exhale the resentment.

Move into a space of acceptance.

Bring into your mind's eye a person you may not have the best relationship with or a person you need to forgive.

Imagine this person standing in front of you,

Beaming with acceptance,

Kindness and love.

There's a white light surrounding them.

The white light is representing their purity,

Their childlike state in their adult body.

See how natural and pure this person truly is.

Embrace this individual,

Look deep into their eyes,

Place a soft smile on your face.

Send this person a white light,

Blessing them with health,

Happiness and peace.

Repeat after me.

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you be at peace.

I forgive you.

I forgive you of the past and I'm releasing you from any negative energy.

Let go.

Repeat after me.

May I be healthy.

May I be happy.

May I be at peace.

Inhale acceptance.

Exhale resentment.

Inhale acceptance.

Acceptance doesn't mean you have to forget the past.

Acceptance means to embrace who you are today and letting go of the past so you can move forward from any pain or suffering.

Inhale acceptance.

Feel the positive energy you have taken on now that you've moved past judgment and resentment.

Assume nothing negative about this relationship.

Continue on your day without judgment.

Bring your intention into the room.

Open your eyes.

Wiggle your fingers.

Enjoy your day and be well.
