The only thing that's important is you.
Get yourself into a comfortable position.
And place a soft smile on your face.
Close your eyes.
And put one hand on your heart.
Take six meaningful breaths,
Slow and steady.
Focus on the way your body's feeling.
How it's positioned.
Relax deeper into your position.
At any time,
Your mind starts to wander.
Focus on your breathing.
Feel the movement within your chest.
Feel the natural energy that lives within you.
Smile with intention into your heart.
Give thanks to your heart and for everything it does.
What is your heart craving from you?
What is your heart asking from you out of today?
The first three thoughts that come to mind is your answer.
What can you do today to honor what your heart is asking for?
Do you need to slow down?
Maybe you need more self kindness.
Perhaps you're longing for peace from your past.
Focus on what you need out of today.
Feel acceptance for the awareness that has come up for you.
Feel the love you have for yourself.
Say,
I love you.
Take three deep breaths.
Move into your day with kindness for yourself without judgment.
