What am I feeling right now? We may not pause and ask ourselves this question? Emotions show up with powerful messages, and even those that are uncomfortable need our attention. By learning to be present with our feelings (and not just our narrations, or "thoughts") we can start to become friends with what arises. We can also make room to feel comfortable feelings, which can get overshadowed by anxiety and stress. Use this practice as a brief check-in and build capacity to be with feelings.
