Chakra Cleansing And Healing Pools Of Light Meditation

A 22 minute visualisation meditation set in your own private oasis-like sanctuary, with a waterfall that cascades down to a turquoise plunge pool beneath it, that is a magical and cleansing chakra healing pool. You’ll be guided to float in the warm waters as the lights in the pool change according to the chakra colours from the red root chakra all the way up to the white crown chakra, where your cells will infuse in these healing waters whilst we release anything unwanted relevant to each chakra. Finally you’ll be protected in a bubble, where you’ll then bask blissfully in all of the colours and finally emerge out of the pool back to the surface upon which you are lying down.

Hello and welcome to this chakra healing pools of light meditation. Thank you for carving out the time of your day to join me here on this cleansing and healing visualization. As we begin, Find a comfortable position. This is best done reclining or lying down where you are ultra cozy and perhaps covered with blankets on a lovely soft surface. When you're ready, Close your eyes as we go inwards together as we arrive in this very moment landing right here in our bodies. Connect here with your breath as you feel a silky stream of air flowing into your lungs and then all the way back out. If it resonates with you, See if you can slow down and deepen the breath a little more as we find a sense of stillness right here. Breathing in and breathing it all out. We're now going to visualize your own private oasis like sanctuary where a waterfall cascades down into a crystal clear bright turquoise plunge pool beneath it, Shimmering like liquid gemstones. Lush greenery covers the tall rocks that surround the pool whilst the glowing golden sunlight filters through the canopy. This is no ordinary pool but a magical healing pool. Its waters a cleansing with the power of the chakra energy centres. As you step into the water you discover that it's the perfect temperature like an ultra warm bath. You immerse your whole body in the pool until you lie backwards and float to then realize that the pool is completely supporting you, Keeping you easily afloat without you having to move a muscle like that effect that extra salty water can have on your buoyancy. As you float here in the water hearing the gentle trickle of the waterfall, The magical lights of the pool transform the water into a rich vibrant red. This is the colour of the root chakra that is located around the base of your spine. As you bathe in this red light the energies from the pool swirl around your pelvis sparkling in this deep red colour, Bringing you a sense of grounding, Connection with the earth beneath the pool and feelings of security, Safety and stability to your body. You feel this permeate every cell within your body, Lighting them up in this beautiful red colour. The magical lights in the pool now offer to release and dissolve any fears you may be holding within you. Anything that you're ready to release, Any fears or worries you've been holding onto emerge from your body and evaporate as the red light transmutes and transforms this energy into love. Soak here in this feeling of grounding, Security and connection with nature for a moment longer before the lights in the pool begin to change. Converting now into a vivid orange, Lighting up the whole of the pool, Emanating the colour of the sacral chakra that's located in your lower abdomen just below the navel or belly button. The energies of the pool begin to swoosh around here. The sacral chakra is associated with feelings of liveliness, Pleasure, Freedom, Optimism and creativity as they trickle from the orange waters now through into every single cell of your body, Lighting them up with a beautiful glowing orange. These waters offer the opportunity to release any sensations of stagnation within your body or feelings of boredom or apathy. They invite you to cleanse and clear these as they no longer serve you. Anything that you're ready to release can now diffuse into the water and vaporise into pure loving white light. Bathe here in these sensations of liberation, Alertness and creativity as anything unwanted simply washes right away. The magical lights of the pool now transition to a bright golden yellow of the solar plexus chakra that's located just below your ribcage and above the belly button. The energies swirl now around this region whilst you begin to feel growing sensations of vitality, Confidence and strength as the powerful yellow lights permeate through your skin from the water and infuse each and every cell with this glorious empowering energy. The waters invite you now to release any sensations of worthlessness, Comparison with others or any thoughts that you are not enough. Any of these sensations here that you're ready to release can be let go of. They do not serve you and are not for your highest good. The water will transmute them into pure loving light. Simmer in the glorious feelings of enhanced power, Motivation and courage as you repeat the affirmations back in your mind. I am worthy. I am powerful. I am enough. The sparkling lights of the pool transform into a luscious green as you feel the powerful energies swirling around your heart space, Over your chest, Emanating feelings of pure unconditional love, Compassion and empathy. This is the heart chakra. The green water filled with this pure love diffuses through your skin and illuminates each and every cell in your body as you bask in this invigorating sensation of unlimited love. If it resonates, Repeat these affirmations. I am pure, Unconditional love. I love myself. I give myself compassion. Any feelings of resistance here or sensations that you're not enough have permission to leave your body now, Dissolving into the pool because they do not serve your highest good. You are incredibly worthy, Powerful and deserve to feel unconditional love. You may want to shower your body in feelings of forgiveness and compassion as you repeat. I forgive myself. I have compassion for myself. I have unconditional love for myself. Relax into these sensations for a few more moments until you notice the lights in the pool fade to reveal the shimmering turquoise blue present before you stepped into the pool. But this blue is now brighter than ever. As its energies swirl around your throat, Also known as the throat chakra, Your power center for communication, Self-expression and truth. You now feel the whole of your body light up with this vibrant aquamarine energy. Any resistance, Sensations of blockages in expressing yourself, Avoidance of conflict, Past traumas where perhaps you experienced any verbal abuse in the past, All have permission to dissolve into the water. The water can take it and transmute it and transmute it into pure loving light. It doesn't serve you anymore. And when it resonates and you feel called to release these things, All you have to do is let them go. You are doing so well. If it feels available to you, Repeat these affirmations. I speak my truth. I have the power to express myself. I am confident to communicate my truth. Soak in these feelings of empowerment to communicate for a few more moments here. As the lights in the pool now transition to a deep velvety purple with a tingling sensation sensation just above your eyebrows in the center of your forehead as the energies swell here around your third eye chakra. This chakra is your power center for intuition, Insights and inspiration. The channel to connect you with the universal spiritual wisdom. The waters that surround your The waters that surround your floating body are like liquid amethyst crystals as they glimmer right through your skin and diffuse into every single cell of your body as every inch of your being is illuminated in this purple light. If it resonates, Repeat these affirmations. I call in anything that is for my highest good. I ask for universal insights and inspiration. I connect with my higher self and consciousness. I connect with my higher self and consciousness. Any negative feelings and sensations of judgment towards others can be released here if they are ready to dissolve. Anything that is not for your highest good will be let go of and transmuted into only the purest love and light by these healing waters. I float here in this powerful purple light for just a moment longer. Now all of the lights in the pool transform into the purest white light. A gateway to higher states of consciousness that is radiating down from the universe. It's travelled through galaxies and star systems with this universal consciousness, Sensations of unity and wisdom and it is shining down right through the top of your head, Through your crown chakra as it illuminates your whole body, Down your face, Past your eyes, Ears, Lips and jaw, Down your neck, Into your shoulders, Arms and hands, Down your chest, On over your abdomen and all of the organs inside of it, Down your back, Hips and pelvis, Over your thighs, Knees, Shins and calves and into your feet and then out of the tips of your toes. You feel a greater sense of knowing, Clarity and connection with everything around you. Bringing in some gratitude for being alive in human form in your beautiful body today. What a miracle that you woke up today. The eternally powerful glistening white light begins to swirl around your body creating a force field, A bubble of protection to deflect anything unwanted. As you repeat these affirmations if they resonate, I radiate pure love and light. I am connected to the universe. I am aligned with my higher purpose. Trust that you don't need to have all of the answers flowing to you. Whilst they may do now, They may also come to you when it serves you best. Trust in the process. Before this meditation begins to come to a close, You continue to float here in these sensations of blissfulness, Absorbing all of the healing and empowering energies for a few more moments as the lights in the pool now glow with all of the colours at once. Swirling with red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Turquoise, Purple, And pure white light. You are now cleansed by this chakra healing pool, You are now cleansed by this chakra healing pool and are ready to emerge out of the pool and back to the surface that's supporting you. Bring your awareness to the points of contact of the surface and where it's touching your body. Connect here with your breath as you notice that stream of air as it flows in and out. Deepening the breath here if it resonates or even making a big sigh outwards to release any final unwanted energies. Bring some movement into your fingertips and toes, Then your hands and feet. And gradually notice how you feel, What emotions or physical sensations are present here. And finally, When you feel ready to return to the room that you're in, You can now gently flutter open your eyes. I loved the feeling of safely floating and visualizing the color of each chakra in every cell of my body. Being able to release was very helpful, especially at my Throat chakra. I had never connected the throat to past verbal abuse and it was very profound to realize it here in this meditation. Thank you for helping me release this one. I wrote this, recorded, uploaded this and then waited a few months to listen so I've just listened again mostly forgetting it 🎧 It combines an in depth chakra cleansing and healing with the concept of floating in a pool where the lights change colour, whilst its longer than a usual 10m meditation it doesn't rush through and allows you to truly focus on each section - I feel incredibly rejuvenated now 🌈and hope that it helps other listeners do the same 🥰💜🧡🩷💛🙌
