Through your throat,
Your head and crown and up to your soul star.
Anchor your body and soul into the infinite potential of universal energy.

Through your crown,
Your third eye,
Your throat and high heart,
Before you anchor it into your heart.
Take a moment to feel these two energies within your body and field.
Feel them amplify your energy and feel how firmly anchored you are into your truth.

Anxiety,

Pressure.

Let it fly up and see or feel it whirling around you like you're sitting in the centre of a hurricane.
Let go of the pieces of your life,
The thoughts,
The beliefs,
The experiences that you are no longer sure belong with you.
Let them fly up and whirl around you.
Find your stillness in the centre of the chaos,
Releasing everything from this moment to find the truth of your being and the truth of your future.
Cool in the seed of your creation from amidst all of this chaos.
This golden seed will come to you and land in your hands and it will speak to you of what it is and what it will become through you.
Let it fly.
Sense the simplicity of being that comes from accepting this creation and call in the energy that is needed to move forward.
It may come back to you from what you have released that is whirling around you or it may be new energy.
As this energy comes to you,
Allow it back into your body and field,
Letting it settle and take its place.
