Every story can be told from many different perspectives.
Everyone we know has a different point of view.
Every problem has multiple solutions.
It all comes down to perspective.
This is a meditative exercise to help you open up to different perspectives and new ways of responding to a problem,
To a challenge or a frustration that has been travelling with you on your path.
Take a deep,
Deep breath and sigh it out.
Empty your lungs and pause before filling them again.
Sigh it out again,
Emptying your lungs.
And now allow your lungs to fill naturally and your exhale to gently release.
Focus on your breathing,
Following the gentle up and down of your body as you come into stillness.
Identify a problem you would like to look at in another way or find another way of approaching.
Set an intention to hear the insight and interpretation that will help you.
With this intention in your heart and your focus upon your problem,
We will enter a circular run.
There is a gallery all around it,
Where twelve figures are standing around the edge of the circle.
Focusing your energy on your problem,
Intuitively turn to face one of the figures.
Ask them for their insight on resolving your problem and wait for their answer.
Turn to face another figure and ask them how to resolve your problem,
Again waiting for their answer.
Turn to a third figure and ask them for their insight on your problem and wait for their answer.
These answers are what you need for now.
You can repeat this exercise as and when you need it,
But for now it is time to reflect on the messages and how these perspectives can help you move beyond your problem.
So stay here as long as you need to.
And when you are ready to continue with your day,
Connect to your breath to connect to your body and bring movement to it.
And open your eyes in your own time.
