Bring to mind a worry that has been with you recently,
And as you call it to mind,
Observe how it impacts your body and your emotions.
Give this worry your blessing to move through you,
And for the worry to release its hold upon you.
Feel it rise to your skin,
Where it tingles and glistens in the light,
Before transforming into a butterfly.
Allow it to sit upon your skin in the light,
And back to your centre.
Call your worries and anxieties that you no longer want to carry into your awareness.
Perhaps you can name them.
Perhaps you can only sense them.
They may be part of your identity.
They may be hidden.
You can release their hold upon you,
Whether you can identify them or not.
Allow them to move through you.
Allow the hold they have upon you to leave your body.
Feel them rise to your skin,
And tingle as they emerge into the light,
And transform into butterflies,
Resting upon your skin.
Observe the changes in your body and your energy,
As the hold of these worries moves beyond you.
When the moment feels right,
Give your permission for the butterflies to take flight.
A cloud of butterflies surrounding you contains a cloud of worry that is ready to return home.
Give your blessing for the butterflies to guide your worries home,
Watching as they fly into the light,
Gradually dissolving into specks of energy at home in the cosmos.
Welcome the space you have created to resolve the challenges that exist in your life without the impact of worry.
Welcome the space in which creativity and inspiration will guide you forward.
Hold this space and feeling for as long as you desire.
When you are ready,
Come back to your breath.
Feel the rise and fall of your body,
And the energy that moves through you with each breath.
Feel the life within your cells,
Blood,
Muscles,
And begin to gently bring them into movement.
When your mind and body are ready,
