Find yourself in a position where you feel most comfort and ease.
Allow yourself to feel the support underneath you as if the universe held you in her hands.
Let your eyelashes gently close shut and bring your awareness to your breath.
Inhale and let your belly rise,
Let it fill up and expand.
Exhale and let your belly fall,
Let it empty,
Slightly contract.
Letting out the world around you and intentionally just focusing on the rhythm of your breath.
Let yourself sink into the comfort of your breath,
Effortlessly,
Effortless,
Natural and with ease.
Notice your weight against the earth,
Supported,
Connected,
Grounded.
Pay attention to the natural way you carry yourself from your head down past your shoulders to your midline,
Hips,
Thighs,
Legs.
Note any areas your body may have tension.
As you start to notice the tension,
Give yourself permission to find ease.
Breathe into the space,
Allowing your exhales to soften you even more.
Let your attention shift to your thoughts,
Your emotional being,
Yourself.
Perhaps this is the first time you've acknowledged how you're feeling.
Maybe you haven't even asked yourself,
How am I?
Breathe here,
Allowing whatever comes up to surface.
Let it come up whatever emotion you may be feeling.
Don't push it down,
Don't push it out,
Don't push it away.
Instead breathe with what starts to show.
Breathing in your belly rises,
Exhaling and your belly falls.
You are not your thoughts or your emotions.
You are simply the observer of these things.
Start to invite in love,
Kindness,
Abundance and release anything else that doesn't serve yourself by self in this moment.
Allow yourself to soften with ease with each inhale and exhale you take,
Giving your body permission to just be with this ease and awareness.
Soften.
Soften your shoulders even more.
Releasing the weight you carry,
Releasing the heartaches,
The burdens,
Your fears.
Listen and breathe.
Soften the outer edges of your heart,
Keeping you open,
Accepting and receiving.
As your thoughts start to stir up and your mind wanders,
Remind yourself to breathe.
Allowing whatever comes up to be and sending it away with ease.
Breathe into your body.
Breathe into your mind.
Breathe into your space.
Breathing and breathing.
Feeling the sensation and awareness through you as you take each breath and as you breathe a little deeper,
Finding ease within your body,
Within your cells,
Within your soul.
Letting go of the control you want to have over yourself and instead just controlling your breath.
Breathing with ease,
Softening with awareness.
Let yourself stay here.
Breathing in and out,
Inhaling and exhaling.
Letting go of the control you want to have over yourself and within your cells.
Breathing in and out,
Inhaling and exhaling.
Slowly start to bring your awareness back,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Breathing a little bit of a deeper inhale and a little bit of a longer exhale.
Coming back into your surroundings,
Back into your space.
Holding your hands at your heart center,
Breathing with awareness and ease.
