Finding ease.

Place in the middle.
Allow yourself to take a comfortable seat or lay down.
If you're in a seated position,
Align your spine.
Plant your feet into the earth.
Or if you're sitting cross-legged,
Sit up nice and tall.
Let your bones grounding into the earth.
If you're laying down,
Walk your shoulders in.
Lift your heart slightly.
And take your hands down by your sides,
Palms facing up.
Let your eyelids close or have a soft gaze.
Notice your physical body.
Are there any areas of tension,
Discomfort,
Unease?
Notice any aches or pains within your physical body.
Notice if one leg feels longer than the other or if one arm feels higher than the other.
Notice the muscles in your face.
Are your eyebrows furrowed?
Is your jaw clenched?
Now begin to use your breath.
Deepen your exhales and let them help find comfort within your physical body.
Let your exhales be longer than your inhales.
Now that your breath is deeper,
Imagine sending your exhales to the areas in your body where you feel tension,
Discomfort,
Aches or pains.
Let your exhalation help find ease within your physical body.
Breathe into those spaces and allow your breath to give permission to those areas to let go,
To release and to find ease.
Embark Now bring your awareness to your emotional body.
Have you asked yourself,
How am I?
Pay attention to anything that comes up for you.
Any anger,
Fear,
Sadness,
Anxiety or stress.
Notice how you feel and give yourself permission to stay even if it feels uncomfortable.
Use your breath in this moment to help find ease within your emotional body.
Deepening your exhales,
Allowing you to calm your central nervous system.
Allowing yourself to let go of your fight or flight mode.
Replacing any difficult or uncomfortable emotion with love,
Acceptance,
Abundance and peace.
You are not your emotions.
Breathe deeply here and with each breath find ease within your emotional body.

Notice your spiritual body.
Notice if you are having a hard time connecting to it or maybe it's easy.
Notice any discomfort or dis-ease.
And give yourself permission to stay with it even if you are unsure.

Deepen your exhales even more and with each exhalation find ease within your spiritual body.
