Find your breath and settle into your space.

Close your eyes or keep your gaze soft.

Notice how you are feeling in this moment.

Are there any sensations in your body?

Any aches or pains?

Any tingling in your extremities?

Deepen your breath a little bit more.

Notice your thoughts you are having about your emotional well-being.

Have you asked yourself,

How am I?

Deepen your breath a little bit more,

Allowing yourself to settle in a little deeper into you.

Inhale the words,

I am.

Exhale the words,

Enough.

Inhale the words,

I am.

Exhale,

Strong.

Inhale,

I am.

Exhale,

Calm.

Inhale,

I am.

Peaceful.

Inhale,

Grateful.

How we speak to ourselves affects who we are.

Send your loving,

Kind thoughts towards you.

Let yourself believe them and absorb them.

Notice your internal chatter and let yourself see you as you truly are.
