Allow yourself to get comfortable.

Finding comfort in your bed.

Making sure you're not too warm and not too cool.

Laying flat onto your back.

Allowing the support of your mattress underneath you.

Comforting you.

Taking a nice long deep breath in through your nose.

And exhale it out through your mouth.

Inhaling through your nose.

Exhaling through your mouth.

One more time.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhaling and releasing.

Allow your breath to ebb and flow with ease.

Nothing forced.

Just natural.

Bring your awareness to your toes.

Allow your toes to soften and relax.

Moving up from your toes toward your feet.

Allow your feet to soften and relax.

Moving your awareness up,

Traveling past your feet toward your ankles.

Let go through your ankles.

Moving past your ankles toward your shins,

The front,

Back,

Sides.

Finding release there in your shins.

Moving your awareness to your knees.

Allowing release through your knees.

Softening.

Letting go of.

Relaxing both thighs.

Letting them melt.

Bringing your awareness to your pelvis and your hips.

Allow them to soften.

Melting away from your physical body.

Moving into your bed.

Relaxing your belly as it rises and falls.

Relaxing through your shoulders,

Front and back.

Your chest.

Letting your arms feel weightless.

Letting go through your fingers.

Relaxing your jaw.

Letting go of your tongue against the back of your palate.

Soften here.

Finding the space between your eyebrows.

Relaxing.

Letting go.

Melting.

Releasing.

Your entire body rested.

Your entire body supported.

Relax.
