It's time to wake up and start your day with intention.

Take it slowly.
Take it easy.
Allow your breath to deepen.
Enjoying that charge of energy that arrives with each inhale.
Allow the exhales to soften and relax you into the day.
Allowing those inhales to gently charge you with a cool,
Calm,
Clear energy.
Let the breath be soft and deep.
Wakey wakey.
Allowing your body to begin to slowly wake itself.
Maybe taking some very gentle,
Very slow movement.
However your body is calling for.
In this moment.
Again with that soft and deep breath.
We're going to set an intention for the day.
A very simple practice.
Where we choose the word of the quality that we'd most like to embody.
Any quality that we think we may need a little more of to get us through this day that lies ahead.
Allow your body to feel into what it may need a touch more of.
Maybe grace.
Maybe calm.
Maybe joy.
What word comes to your mind first?
And now,
Now you have that word.
We're going to say it in the present tense.
So it might be I have grace.
I am calm.
I am joyful for instance.
But whatever your word is.
Saying that sentence three times.
Allowing those words to settle into every cell of the body.
And as those words land.
Did you notice how they felt?
Breath is still soft and deep.
Each inhale gathers that intention further deep into each of your cells.
Each exhale softens you and relaxes you into the day.
You are held by your intention.
You are held by your intention.
When you're ready.
Perhaps finding movement again.
Indulging maybe this time in some stretches.
How does it feel to be in your body this morning?
When you're ready turning over onto your side.
