A very balanced yoga nidra practice. I really enjoyed the suggestion of some somatic movement before lying down. Sometimes I find it jarring for the body to suddenly come into stillness for yoga nidra. I also enjoyed the colour visualisation and the background music. Thank you Pip šŸ’™

A compassionate, comforting and soothing nidra. Trauma informed. TY Pip, you are a blessing šŸ™

I’ve done many Nidras that are geared towards focusing on the cells, organs, or health - this is by far the best I’ve found yet! Thank you, I’m keeping this in my pocket and I’m excited to listen to your other Nidras
