Pip wears a lot of hats, metaphorically speaking. Meditation guide, yoga sharer, sound facilitator, studio owner, teacher trainer, festival curator - the list keeps going and remains open to more. Underneath all these strands runs the same thread: creating spaces where people can slow down and deeply connect. It’s precisely because her life is so beautifully full to the brim that Pip has had to get intentional about carving out real pockets of stillness. And because of the fullness and the speed life so often moves at, she also has a deep and embodied understanding of just how challenging coming to rest can beand can explain it in a down to earth way that leaves you feeling resourced in your own body. To Pip rest isnt a "i will do it later". She’s a devoted enthusiast of it, a huge fan of resting before acting so she can show up as a fuller version of herself and fascinated by everything that becomes possible when we actually stop. She calls it “the ground of being from which everything else can arise” - the fertile stillness underneath all our doing. Through workshops, sound journeys, retreats, immersions, and teacher trainings, Pip keeps returning to this same invitation. Come lie down. Get a sense of yourself. It’s time to dream.

That was really beautiful. Thank you so much. The perfect middle of day reset when I'm spending the afternoon preparing my own yoga plans and recordings. X 🙏🏻

What a beautiful way to start the day! I really love the way you speak with such affection about the body. It made me smile and feel love for it. I'll be returning to this nidra often. Thank you Pip. 🙏🏻💐

A very balanced yoga nidra practice. I really enjoyed the suggestion of some somatic movement before lying down. Sometimes I find it jarring for the body to suddenly come into stillness for yoga nidra. I also enjoyed the colour visualisation and the background music. Thank you Pip 💙

I’ve done many Nidras that are geared towards focusing on the cells, organs, or health - this is by far the best I’ve found yet! Thank you, I’m keeping this in my pocket and I’m excited to listen to your other Nidras

Very soothing. And always a good reminder to be soft and gentle to myself.
