So let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Allowing yourself to settle into a quiet and peaceful space.

Close your eyes gently and just take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling the air fill your lungs,

Hold it for a moment,

And then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension that you may be holding onto.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Let go of the busyness of the day,

Allowing your body to relax with each breath,

Starting from your toes and moving up through your legs,

Torso,

Arms,

And finally to the crown of your head.

Feel any tightness or stress gently melting away with each exhale,

Leaving you feeling calm and at ease.

Now bring your awareness to your heart center in the middle of your chest.

Visualize a warm glowing light emanating from this area,
