As you exhale through your mouth,

Imagine releasing any worries or negative thoughts,

Allowing them to dissolve into the atmosphere.

Now imagine yourself standing in a beautiful meadow or warm sunny day.

The sky is brilliant shade of blue and there is a gentle breeze brushing against your skin.

Take a moment to soak in the tranquility of this scene.

In front of you,

You notice a small magical fountain.

Approach the fountain and observe its crystal-clear water cascading down in its mesmerizing display.

As you get closer,

You notice something extraordinary.

The water is not just water,

But a shimmering stream of iridescent bubbles.

Reach out your hand and allow the bubbles to gently float onto your skin.

Feel their softness and warmth as they pop against your fingertips.

Notice how each bubble carries a unique color and energy,

Radiating peace and serenity.

Now step into the fountain and let the bubble surround you completely.

As they envelope your body,

Imagine that they create a protective cocoon,

Shielding you from any stress or negativity.

Feel the weightless and comfort of being held by these gentle bubbles.

As you continue to breathe,

Imagine the bubbles carrying away any tension or worries that you may be holding within you.

See them dissolve into the air,

Leaving you feeling lighter and more at ease with each passing moment.

Now focus your attention on the sensation of the bubbles against your skin.
