Welcome to Affirmations for Deep Sleep and Relaxation.

This meditation experience is designed for you to drift off into a wonderful state of deep,

Peaceful sleep.

Unlike traditional meditations,

There's no bell or chimes at the end of this meditation.

It will just end in silence,

Allowing for you to remain deeply rested and relaxed.

This practice is best experienced through headphones,

As the music has binaural beats.

The practice is intended for you to do in your bed or space where you intend to drift off to sleep in a lying down,

Comfortable position.

Feel free to pause the meditation here to grab anything that you might need to get fully and completely relaxed as you prepare for a wonderful night's sleep.

Begin our practice by lying down and just getting any fidget out that you need to get out.

Rolling the shoulders down,

Settling the back of the head to the pillow,

Maybe slightly turning the head to the right and to the left.

Relaxing the backside body,

Maybe wiggling the fingers and the toes.

And just simply stretch the mouth wide open,

Releasing tension through the jaw,

Maybe getting a yawn,

Sending a signal to the body and the mind that you are preparing for a deep,

Peaceful night's sleep.

Take a conscious breath in through your nose and with a whisper sigh,

Simply let it go out the mouth,

Noticing the body relaxing,

The mind slowing down.

Doing that again,

Take a breath in through the nose and a gentle whisper sigh out the mouth as you relax even deeper,

Slowing everything down.

Do that one more time.

A long,

Steady inhale breath and a whisper sigh as you release it,

Relaxing everything in the body and the mind.

As I state each affirmation,

Just allow your body,

Mind and spirit to receive the energy of the words.

There is nothing for you to do,

Nothing for you to think about and nothing for you to figure out.

Simply allow yourself to find peace in these affirmations and small moments tonight as you drift off to a deep,

Peaceful sleep.

My day is complete.

I am worthy of a restful night's sleep.

I give myself permission to close my eyes tonight and awake,

Refreshed tomorrow.

Calm.

I am fully and completely relaxed.

I have nothing to do but rest.

I am falling asleep with effortless ease.

I fall asleep quickly and peacefully.

As the night gets dark,

My worries fade.

Body,

Mind and spirit are worthy of their rest.

I am safe and sound.

I release stress and tension.

Release today.

I choose peace.

I embrace my dreams.

I have done my best for today and that's more than good enough.

I rest deeply into the night with my dreams next to my heart.

I trust.

Relaxes as my body softens.

Mind relaxes as my body softens.

Peace begins with me and there is peace in my soul.

All is well and I am supported.

I allow myself to let go and fully relax.

My body and mind are relaxing more with each passing moment.

I fall asleep naturally.

I am peacefully drifting off to sleep.

My body relaxes.

I sleep.

The relaxes sleep.

I sleep the whole night through.

I am light enough for sleep to carry me.
