We’ll begin with a short, grounding introduction to help your body soften and your mind let go. After that, there’s nothing to follow—just eight hours of warm, spacious ambient music to carry you through the night. Under the soundscape, gentle binaural beats gradually slow from 8 Hz to 6 Hz to 3 Hz, then settle at 2.5 Hz for most of the 8 hours to support deep, uninterrupted sleep. Headphones recommended for the binaural effect (the music still works beautifully on speakers).
