Ten seconds in, ten seconds out, nose breathing, no holds. Three breaths a minute, where most people take around fifteen. At this pace the breath almost disappears. A ten second inhale taken at normal depth is a very small breath stretched very thin, closer to a slow leak inward than a draw. Someone watching would struggle to tell you were breathing at all. If your chest is heaving to fill the count, the pace has you rather than the other way round. This is the slowest track in the series and the most demanding of the six. Lying down is recommended.
