Good morning,
Welcome to your new day.
Before we get up,
Let's take a moment to really arrive in our bodies.
So feeling your body comfortable in the bed,
Maybe taking a stretch,
Taking a moment to really feel the support from your pillows,
From the mattress,
From the earth below.
You are supported.
Resting your hands now on your lower abdomen and feel your body as it fills with breath.
Nice deep breaths,
Breathing in and out.
And feeling all of that air coming into your diaphragm and letting go on the out-breath.
Letting go and then fresh air coming in.
This is a new day full of opportunities.
You have the opportunity today to live your life as you want to.
So which qualities will you bring into your day today?
What would let you live your life to its fullest potential?
What would be most inspiring for you?
Maybe you want to be joyful today.
Maybe peaceful.
Maybe to be kind and loving.
To be friendly and supportive.
To be determined,
Confident,
To believe in yourself,
To stand up for what's right.
So what wishes do you have for yourself for this new day?
For your highest good.
Make a choice now and make that commitment to yourself.
Today I'm going to live with joy.
Today I'm going to live peacefully.
Whatever your pledge is going to be.
Taking a moment now to imagine how you're going to action that.
How will you embody that today?
Can you see yourself being peaceful or kind or joyful?
And how or where or to whom?
So visualizing one small way you're going to embody that quality today.
Could be something as simple as boiling the kettle and feeling gratitude that you have electricity and hot water and smiling to yourself as you do that.
Please trust yourself today,
Beloved.
Trust your wisdom because it will show you how to live up to these qualities.
Just call on your higher self and ask how can I live with joy,
How can I live with peace right now?
You've got this.
I know,
I know you do.
I believe in you.
Let's take a few more breaths before we finish.
Breathing in that quality and taking it in.
Breathing out,
Expressing it as we set off into our day.
