Welcome to this one minute meditation to peace.

Wherever you are,

Finish the exhale that you're on or that you're about to take.

Then sip a deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale a sigh through your mouth all the way out and relax your shoulders.

Focus on the sensation of your breath as the next one comes in through your nose.

And pause for a moment when you're full.

This time exhale through your nose a little more slowly and gently.

And relax your face,

Perhaps even turn up the corners of your mouth a little.

Let's take another slow and steady breath in together.

Pause.

And out.

Linger in a peaceful pause at the end of your exhale.

Soften your entire body and just watch your next breath.

Just being with the sensation of breathing.

Take your time.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you feel safe and may you be peaceful.
