Pamela, this is a wonderful meditation. I love dolphins! We used to have a caravan on the coast and the dolphins used to come into the bay. Didn't matter how often I saw them I got the same feeling of awe and delight. Then jet skis came on the go and that frightened them. So sad. We can however, visit a dolphin centre nearby and if the time is right we can see them. They do make me smile.
