In this meditation,
We will connect with the energies of the earth and the sky to become one with nature and the cosmos.
Closing your eyes and beginning to get comfortable in your space,
Noticing and releasing any sensation of tension in your body.
And just noticing your breath,
Feeling with each exhale a deeper connection to yourself,
Feeling with each breath that you are safe in your body and in your surroundings.
And relaxing your feet,
Your legs,
Pelvis,
Releasing your back,
Relaxing your hands and your arms,
Dropping your shoulders down,
Releasing the weight of the world off of them,
Relaxing your head and your neck.
Imagine you're lying in the grass under a tree surrounded by beautiful green rolling hills,
A bright blue sky with puffy clouds floating above you.
And as you lie there,
You begin to tune into the sounds around you,
The calling of the crows,
The gentle whoosh of the breeze in the leaves of the trees,
The greeting calls of the horses in the distance,
The scurrying in the bushes around you of the rabbits and the squirrels,
And maybe even the howl of a coyote calling to its family.
Allow yourself to receive,
To be open to the vibrancy of nature that is alive all around you and within you,
And allow it to renew you.
And when you open,
You create expansion.
You become aware of how great,
How big,
How vast,
How limitless you are,
And that worlds upon worlds live around you and within you all at the same time,
And that we are part of everything.
We are not separate.
And so we are powerful,
Wild,
And free if we allow ourselves to be.
We are also our own greatest healers.
So take a moment to allow the energy of the animals,
Trees,
And the hills to find its way into your body,
Mind,
And spirit.
Allow it to illuminate yourselves with aliveness and vibrancy,
Love,
And support.
This is life force energy,
The fuel that nature always has to offer to you.
Take it in without the mind needing to understand or translate it.
Relaxing your body now just a little bit more,
Feeling the infusion of healing energy from the seen and unseen,
Just opening your heart and quieting your mind.
This is the way of deeper communion with the universe and to receiving divine wisdom and intelligence from your ancestors and guides.
And now gently moving awareness into your heart space in the center of your chest,
Breathing into your heart with soft inhales and soft exhales,
Connecting with your heart and letting your heart know that you are fully present and allowing a calmness that feels like warm honey run throughout your whole body,
Just melting.
Inhale and on the exhale,
You can move awareness into your core,
Your abdomen,
And exhale down through the body,
Through the base of the body and down into the earth,
Allowing your breaths to carry you down into the center of the earth,
Through the dirt,
The rocks,
The clay,
The mud,
The roots of the trees,
Down through the crystal formations and crystal clear pools of water,
Finding the earth's center,
Finding the earth's heart,
Allowing yourself now to be intuitively led to where there is a green glowing light.
As soon as you see this light,
You feel your heart opening and expanding as you connect in with Mother Earth.
You are receiving her offerings and support,
Feeling held,
Peaceful,
Calm,
Unconditional love.
It is here in this connection that you can give her all your worries,
Your troubles and pain,
Releasing energies that are not yours to carry.
She asks you to leave your burdens with her.
She wishes for your new beginning.
She wishes only for your lightness of being.
Take a moment now and visualize releasing whatever it is that you need to let go of.
You thank Mother Earth for her loving kindness and gifts.
On your next inhale,
Drawing the green glowing light along with you,
Follow your path from Earth's heart back up to her surface,
Up through the base of your body,
From your core to your heart and allow the light to flow in and around your heart space.
Now exhaling down the front of your body to the tip to the base of your spine.
Inhaling up the back of your body,
Up to your crown,
To the top of your head.
Your crown opens and expands and your intention flows skyward,
Connecting to a star,
A star that is guided to be with you now.
As you connect in with your star and its powerful golden white silvery sparkling light,
This star is offering you illumination,
Guidance,
Wisdom and protection and will be with you from here on lighting your way forward.
Take a moment to feel yourselves alive with the energy of your star.
You can thank your star now for its gifts and as you exhale,
Draw the sparkling light from your star down through the crown of your head and let it flow gently into your heart space.
There is a meeting of the green glowing light from the Earth and the bright white light of your star as they swirl around together in your heart center.
You are now held from below and from above,
Feeling this light and energy in your heart moving to all places of your body surrounding and protecting you.
This is the embrace of nature and the cosmos.
You can stay with this feeling as long as you like and when you are ready to come back,
Simply begin to become aware of your surroundings and gently blink open your eyes.
May you go and be in peace where you are safe,
You are supported,
You are loved,
You are powerful and you are not alone.
