Mother Earth Father Sky

This is a meditation that I use when I am guiding groups out in nature. It was written from my own experience of wanting to connect more deeply with the earth and the sky and become one with the universe. It makes me feel as if I am not alone and at home with everything that surrounds me - seen and unseen.

That was so wonderful. I did a sound healing last night where I visualized my back being Mother Earth and my front being father sky so I wanted to further integrate it this morning and this did exactly that! Thank you 🙏🏻
