Namaste.
This is a meditation to invoke the energy of the three goddesses,
The power of the divine feminine,
The maiden,
The mother,
The wise blood of the chrome.
Sitting with your feet on the earth.
Allow your feet to open and root down.
Feel your roots spreading out and rooting down through the layers of the earth until you reach a chamber.
Within that chamber is an orb of golden light,
The heart centre of Mother Earth.
Feel your roots being welcomed into that light.
We call to the maiden who is our beginning,
Learning,
Innocence,
Playfulness,
Joy,
Renewal,
Inquiry.
We call to the mother who is our fertility,
Introspection,
Nurturing,
Self-care,
Creation,
Strength,
Empowerment,
Expansion.
We call to the wise blood the chrome who is our wisdom,
Our bliss,
Our union,
Our surrender,
Our acceptance,
Our divinity,
Our completion.
I acknowledge your power that lives within me in every living being.
I open to its wholeness and allow it to flow through my entire being on every level.
I am the light of my soul.
I am divine.
I am wholeness and bliss expressing through the vehicle of the woman.
Feel Mother Earth sending up her divine creative life force energy through your roots and to the soles of your feet,
Painting the soles of your feet with light and energy.
And feel that golden light anchoring you to the present moment.
Notice the wisdom.
Notice the abundance of creative life force energy and empowerment.
As your awareness is drawn down through the earth,
Through the layers of earth,
Crystal,
Rock and magma.
Until your awareness takes you into that chamber standing in front of that orb of divine light,
Divine creation,
Goddess power.
And as you close your inner eyes open and connect to the divine wisdom of the great goddess,
That which is Gaia.
And feel her illumination even into the darkest spots of your heart and mind.
Walking forward,
Placing your hands upon that orb.
Feel its mystery.
Feel that energy flowing through your fingertips and the palms of your hands.
Up through your arms and into your heart centre.
And connect to that knowing as you inhale and feel your chest expand in all directions.
And as you exhale,
Notice the love in every cell of your being.
And as you open your inner eyes,
The goddess stands before you within that light and places her palms against your own.
And draws you through that light.
Feeling the light enveloping around your back,
You step into a sacred space of the goddess.
With soft green moss on the ground you lay down amongst the blue flowers.
And the goddess sits at your feet.
And as she holds them,
You feel her divine essence,
Her strength,
Her compassion,
Her power radiating up through your being.
Notice the primal force of creation fill this sacred space.
As she becomes the maiden,
Sprinkling rose petals around your body.
And you feel the essence of rose enter through your skin,
Bringing renewal,
Restoring your energy,
Repairing every cell of your being.
You feel the goddess moving to kneel by your heart and she becomes the mother.
Looking upon you with compassionate loving eyes,
She sprinkles the petals of lavender around your being.
The essence of lavender heals the wounds,
Binds what is broken in you,
Heal what is bruised in you,
Restores what is lost to you.
The goddess moves to the crown of your head.
She sprinkles sage,
Bay leaf and jasmine around your body.
You inhale and notice the sweet scent of the flowers and leaves.
And you notice her increasing empowerment as she becomes the wise blood,
The chrome.
Her transformative fire ignites a light,
A transformative fire that ignites around your body.
Cleansing every layer of your being.
The fire burns through the stories,
The labels,
The negative ancestral attachments in this lifetime.
Releases you from past life karma.
And this transformative light flows through your entire being as you become nothing but flat grey ash.
And from here you rise,
Rising through your stories,
Rising through your labels,
Rising through your past.
And in this present moment you rise from the flames like a phoenix from the fires.
Rising up through the earth,
Rising up out of earth's crust and out of earth's atmosphere.
Rising up into consciousness as you release a veil of the past.
Watching it flow into the transformative fire of father-son.
And you open to this transformation.
Aligned with the three goddesses,
The maiden,
The mother,
The wise blood,
The chrome.
And you are renewed in this moment.
Another layer gently released,
Allowing you to become closer to your bliss,
Your true nature.
Explore this limitless energy in this moment.
Explore this empowerment in divine grace.
And slowly descend as light as a feather.
Feeling the energy coming back through Sahasrara chakra,
Crown chakra.
Bringing with it alignment,
Wisdom,
Divine truth,
Divine bliss.
And the energy coming down through Arjuna chakra,
Third eye,
Bringing with it enlightenment,
Awakening and insight.
Bringing the energy down through Vishuddha chakra into the throat.
Bringing with it expansion and awareness,
Space.
And bringing the energy down into Anahata.
Bringing with it love and compassion.
Bringing the energy down through Manipura solar plexus.
And bringing with it empowerment,
Stability.
Bringing the energy down through Svadhisthana chakra just below the navel.
And bringing with it creativity,
Natural manifestation,
Balance.
And rooting the energy down in the Nidara base chakra.
Anchoring this energy in your wholeness.
As Mother Earth releases your wholeness,
Drawing them up into your feet.
Noticing your steadiness and your ease in this moment of divine empowerment,
Of unconditional love.
Stepping closer to your true nature.
That which is bliss.
That which is divine.
That which is consciousness.
And when you are ready and in your own time,
Come gently back.
Opening your eyes to the present moment,
This wonderful moment of truth.
