
EFT Tapping For Healing
This is a tapping technique called EFT. EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE. Guided, in the present moment, to open our body's natural possibility. EFT, helps to support a reorientation from stress to rest and digest.

Namaste and welcome to today's EFT tapping with Sal Warringham.
Let's tap together.
So when we use the tapping technique we're creating a vibration with the tapping in certain acupuncture points and we're also creating a vibration with our sound,
The sound of our voice.
And as we use the sound of our voice our tongue touches the roof of our mouth and stimulates 84 acupuncture points which begins to vibrate the pineal and the pituitary gland and secrete those happy hormones.
So let's start by connecting to our whole selves.
So often we separate mind and body.
This is my thoughts,
These are my emotions or this is my body rather than this is my whole self.
This is me.
So closing your eyes and connecting to your heart center,
Placing your palms on your chest right in the center of your chest and allow that touch to be light and soft.
Don't press on your chest,
Notice your breath.
And as you inhale feel your chest expand in all directions and as you exhale soften.
And as we begin to reorientate our mind and our body together as one,
Begin to feel the expansion on the inhale and the softness on the exhale.
And as you inhale you create space for your true nature to be revealed and as you exhale your true nature begins to shine into your palms.
So breathe into your true nature deep inside this whole healing wonderful light that we have within us.
This thriving energy.
So our tapping technique today takes us out of survival and into thrive coming back into body,
Coming back into mind,
Coming back into wholeness.
So feeling that reconnection with all that you are through breath and awareness and begin to take your fingertips to the top of your crown and lightly touch the top of your crown and connect your awareness through your fingers into the pituitary and the pineal gland and deep into the limbic system of your brain,
Into our fight flight,
Fearful,
Fawn,
And rest and digest.
So we're focusing and holding an intention on balancing,
Awakening and opening to the possibility.
So just start by saying I'm opening to the possibility of healing today.
I'm opening to the possibility of healing today.
Begin to softly tap and really begin to softly tap and really softly tap on the top of your head as you begin to say these words.
I activate healing in body,
Mind and emotions.
I activate healing in body,

I activate healing in body,
Mind and emotions.
Pause and draw your fingertips down to the centre of your forehead again connecting through your fingers to pineal and pituitary glands sending that intention of releasing happy hormones through the body into every cell of your being as you begin to tap.
My mind,
Body and emotions are receiving healing messages.

Emotions are receiving healing messages.
Pause and draw your fingertips to the inner part of your eyebrow next to the bridge of your nose and very softly begin to tap creating that vibration.
I welcome healthy change safely with joy and acceptance.

Pause and draw your fingertips to the outer part of your eyebrow and softly begin to tap.
My body prioritizes healing and self-care.

Draw your fingertips down to your cheekbone in line with the center of your eye.
Softly begin to tap.
I am digesting healing energy to nourish my whole being.
I am digesting healing energy to nourish my whole being.

Pause and draw your fingertips now just underneath the nose above the top lip and touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
This one we're going to say quietly because we want to stimulate that point just touching behind the teeth,
The top teeth at the roof of your mouth.
So begin to tap.
Every aspect of my being is healing and thriving.

Pause.
Draw your fingertips down just below the bottom lip and if your hand is still on your heart take your hand away.
And touch the end of the central meridian.
So we want the energy to run up from the pubic bone to the top lip.
Begin to tap.
Wholesome healing energy flows in and around every cell of my being.

Pause and draw a line from your earlobe down to your collarbone and just drop off the collarbone into that soft fleshy part,
The end of your kidney meridian and softly begin to tap.
I allow healing energy to flow through me with ease as I thrive.

Draw your fingertip down to the nail bed of your thumb and softly begin to tap.
This is the lung meridian.
Inhale and exhale.
Every breath in I am healing.
Inhale.
Every breath out I am healing.
Exhale.
Every breath in I am healing.
Breathe in.
Every breath out I am healing.
Exhale.
Every breath in I am healing.
Inhale.
Every breath out I am healing.
Exhale.
Pause and draw your finger to come and tap on the nail bed of your first finger.
Large intestine meridian,
Begin to tap.
Healing energy is nurturing my mind,
My body and emotions.
Healing energy is nurturing my mind,

Healing energy is nurturing my mind,
My body and emotions.
Pause and draw your finger over to your middle finger nail bed.
Pericardium,
The muscle around the heart,
The mote around our castle and softly begin to tap.
Activating healing in my mind,
Body and emotions creates healthy boundaries.

Activating healing in my mind,
Body and emotions creates healthy boundaries.
Activating healing in my mind,

Pause and draw your attention and your finger to your ring finger nail bed.
This is our triple heater so it helps with the balance of our parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system.
Bringing us back into balance.
Rest and digest.
Restore and renew.
Begin to tap.
My body is returning to the healing state of health and well-being.

And we're allowing that right now.

Pause and draw your finger to your little finger nail bed and softly begin to tap.
Heart meridian and small intestine.
My heart is opening to healing energy.

Take a breath here as you pause and draw your fingers down the outside of your little finger over the knuckle and begin to tap here on the side of your hand like a karate chop.
Healing energy is flowing from my heart and nourishing all of my being.

Draw your fingertips to the top of your hand in between the little finger knuckle,
The ring finger knuckle and about two fingers width down and massage in this point.
You can use three fingers to massage here.
Just massaging this point.
In the present moment,
I'm allowing my body mind to return to healing and balance.
In the present moment,

I bring my body mind back into healing and balance.
Place your hands back on your heart and take a breath in and out.
Our cells natural state is to thrive.
So reminding them that we're listening,
We're paying attention and we're holding the intention and attention to return to our natural thriving healing state of balance.
Sending that message to every cell,
Every atom of our being is a wonderful gift we can give ourselves.
So notice your breath and as you breathe in,
Just hold the intention of opening to the possibility of healing and as you breathe out with every outward breath,
Breathe that healing energy from every cell and every atom of your being to the wholeness of your body and subtly feel the warmth.
Maybe even feeling a vibration or the subtle energy of the body,
The prana,
Life force energy flowing in all the different directions.
And in this moment,
This wonderful moment,
Knowing that you are taking a little bit of time to self care,
To reorientate yourself into balance and wholeness.
And this is your true identity.
Take a big breath in and a big breath out again.
And affirm,
I am right here.
I am opening to healing.
The healing energy is blossoming.
I am right here.
