This EFT practice is to bring you home to yourself, your true nature. That which is the self healer. Throughout life we give our power away knowingly or unknowingly, possibly even taking on the beliefs of others, losing touch with our true self.

So please just close your eyes.

We're coming into a tapping technique where we come back to ourselves.

And often we give our power away to other people knowingly or unknowingly and this technique will just allow you to come back to yourself.

Just drawing your fingertips to the top of your crown and just pausing here for a moment and feeling the connection of your fingertips touching your crown.

Almost feeling the energy coming from your fingertips down into the centre of the brain and into the pituitary gland,

The master hormonal gland and softly begin to tap on the top of your head.

Sending that vibration through touch,

Vibrating the pituitary gland and sending those happy hormones out through the body as you affirm out loud all to yourself.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

Pause and now bring your fingertips into the centre of your forehead and pause here for a moment and feel your fingertips on your forehead.

Feel the touch of your fingertips against your skin,

Skin against bone and allow your awareness to travel deep into the pineal gland,

Another master hormonal gland and also into the autonomic nervous system,

Our sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.

And as we begin to tap,

We begin to connect to that part of the brain,

That part of the brain that scans for threat and danger and safety.

And with our intention and out loud we begin to say,

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

Pausing,

Drawing your fingertips down to the inner part of your eyebrow,

Just in line with the bridge of your nose.

As you begin to tap here,

We begin to stimulate the bladder meridian,

Allowing the body to just flush away everybody else's beliefs,

Everybody else's opinions.

As you affirm,

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

Pausing and taking your fingertips to the outer part of your eyebrow,

Just before the dip of your temple.

And as you begin to tap here,

Very lightly,

You're tapping on triple heater and gallbladder meridians.

So this brings us back into a place of neutral balance.

Aligned in the present moment,

I come back to me.

Aligned in the present moment,

I come back to me.

Aligned in the present moment,

I come back to me.

Aligned in the present moment,

I come back to me.

Pausing and bringing your fingertips onto your cheekbone,

In line with the centre of your eye.

And as you begin to tap here,

Digesting that information into every cell of your being,

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

Just pausing for a moment and taking a breath,

Feeling every cell whispering to each other,

Aligning in the present moment and coming back to your true nature.

Drawing your fingertips just underneath the nose on the top lip.

And as you begin to tap here,

We're stimulating the governing vessel that rises all the way up from the tailbone,

Over the top of the head and to the top lip.

Touch your tongue behind your teeth on the roof of your mouth.

This is the end of the governing vessel.

And just say in your mind,

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

Pause and bring your fingertips down to your chin.

On your inhalation,

Feeling energy rising up from the pubic bone,

All the way to your bottom lip.

And as we come back to ourself,

We're creating this wonderful wheel of energy from our tailbone all the way round the body and from our pubic bone all the way up the body as we begin to tap.

As I come back to me,

I protect my energy.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

Take a breath in and out and draw a line down from your earlobe,

Dropping off your collarbone.

And there's a little dip here,

Just underneath the collarbone,

The kidney meridian.

Begin to tap here.

And as you tap,

Filtering this message throughout the whole of your body,

Absorbing the energy of coming back home to yourself and allowing to filter out all the programming of society and the world that is no longer serving purpose,

Affirming,

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

Pausing and bringing your fingertip down to the thumb nail bed and beginning to tap here,

Lung meridian.

All the times that you've given your power away to others,

Where you have felt emotions and pushed them down.

As you tap here,

Welcome all emotions as you say,

I come back to me.

I am allowed to feel.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

Pausing and drawing your finger to the end of the nail bed of your first finger,

Large intestine meridian.

As you begin to tap here,

Just sending the intention for your body to eliminate again what no longer serves purpose as you align to the present moment and affirm,

I come back to me.

I eliminate what no longer serves good purpose.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

Pausing and bringing your fingertip to the middle finger nail bed,

The pericardium,

The muscle around the heart.

This is the moat around the castle,

The knight to the king or queen,

The protector.

All those emotions that we push down have been protected and held and stored in the body,

Some even in exile.

So as we tap here and we come home to ourselves,

We allow the freedom to feel who we really are.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

My true nature.

My heart.

I come back to me.

Knowing that you no longer need protection from your feelings,

That you are opening and creating awareness to feel,

To open,

To allow and attune to yourself and your needs without making them wrong.

Draw your fingertip to your ring finger nail bed.

The triple heater,

Our sympathetic,

Parasympathetic nervous system,

Our autonomic nervous system.

And coming back into that balance even more.

Tapping here as you affirm,

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

Pausing.

Drawing your fingertip to your little finger nail bed.

And tapping here.

Small intestine and heart.

And as you affirm,

I come back to me.

Feeling those words flowing through your circulatory system,

Your digestive system,

And ringing through every cell of your being.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

I come back to me.

And sliding your fingers down the outside of your little finger,

Just dropping off the knuckle and tapping on the side of the hand,

Just underneath the little finger knuckle.

I align with my true nature as I come back to me.

Aligning with my true nature as I come back to me.

Aligning with my true nature as I come back to me.

And pausing.

And in between the little finger knuckle and the ring finger knuckle,

About two fingers width down is a little dip,

And just massage here.

And take a breath in and out.

Just connecting to your heart centre.

The noble and awakened heart,

The bodhicitta,

The bodhiself.

And this is you,

Your true nature,

Without your programmes,

Without your core beliefs and defence mechanisms.

And how would you see yourself from this space?

How do you see and feel into yourself from this place of awareness as you come back to you?

And just sitting for a few moments with eyes softly closed.

Aligning yourself with you,

With your beliefs,

Your truth,

Right here,

Right now.

And using that empowerment that you have,

Just feel the subtle vibration of consciousness,

Your true nature,

In every cell of your being.

Can you feel the subtle vibration in between the cells,

Through the nerves,

The ligaments,

The bones,

The joints,

The muscles,

The organs,

Every layer of your skin?

Just for a moment,

Allow this healing alchemy.

And only when you're ready and in your own time,

Opening your eyes.
