As we leave behind another year and enter into the new, it is important to take a moment to acknowledge all that we have accomplished this year and to let go of all that no longer serves us. You may wish to do this meditation at the start of a new year, or in the autumn (if you are studying or working in education), or at any time in your life when you are stepping out of the old and into something new.
