With Our Healing Space
This is a 7-session audio course for anyone moving through the seismic experience of separation or divorce. It draws on the ancient wisdom of the chakra system to help you tend to yourself — body, mind and soul — during one of life's most demanding transitions. We will journey through all seven chakras, starting at the root and ending at the crown. In each session we will begin with a little teaching about the chakra we're working with — its qualities, its gifts, what happens when it's out of balance, and how it relates to what you may be experiencing right now. Then we will move into a gentle practice together: breathwork, visualisation, mantra, and prayer, woven into a single experience. At the close of each session, I will offer you a few journal prompts to carry into the rest of your day. You do not need to have any prior knowledge of the chakras. You do not need to follow a particular spiritual path. This course is for anyone who is open to exploring their inner landscape through this ancient, practical and deeply compassionate framework. Each session is designed to take around ten to fifteen minutes. You may choose to move through one session per day, or take your time with each one. There is no right way to do this. Trust your instincts. Go at your own pace. This is your healing journey.
