With Our Healing Space
This is a gentle 7-day journaling course for busy, overwhelmed humans with a lot on their minds. Over the next week, we’ll spend just 10-15 minutes a day writing, breathing, reflecting, and noticing what happens. We’ll begin by simply getting the thoughts out of your head and onto the page. Then, little by little, we’ll start to notice patterns, identify what you really need, and take small steps towards giving yourself more of it. There is no right way to do this. You do not need to be good at writing. You do not need a beautiful notebook or a perfect routine. You can scribble, rant, bullet point, use voice notes, write one word over and over again, or stare at the page for a bit and see what happens. All you need is ten minutes, something to write with, and a willingness to be curious about what might emerge when you finally give yourself a little space.
