
Guided Morning Practice
Become mindful and present with your breath and each part of the body. Set intention for your day. Listen to Lindsay's words and the sound of her F note heart chakra crystal singing bowl to set yourself up for an aligned, successful, fully embodied, and enjoyable day. Starting off your morning with intention and presence opens the channels of receiving for the entire day.
Transcript
Good morning.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling the lungs,
Filling the belly,
Filling the diaphragm with brand new invigorating oxygen,
Oxygenating the body,
Waking up the body,
Drawing attention to this moment,
This space,
This place,
Holding the breath at the top for a few moments,
Feeling present,
Feeling connected,
Becoming so intentional,
Breathing out and releasing all that does not serve you,
Condensing the belly,
Condensing the lungs,
Condensing the diaphragm,
Pushing all that does not serve you out,
Breathing in through the nose,
Suspending the breath at the top,
Releasing fully,
Allowing yourself to connect to your physical body,
Allowing yourself to connect to your spiritual body,
Opening your third eye,
The space in the center of the forehead that sees without sight,
Asking your intuition to awaken,
To be present,
To connect with you,
Breathing deeply in through the nose and as you suspend the breath at the top,
Closing your eyes with intention,
Rolling your eyes up to the center of the forehead where the third eye rests,
Drawing your intention with your physical eyes to your intuitive eye,
Breathing in through the nose,
Suspending at the top and focusing on the third eye and then completely releasing your breath with an audible sigh.
Three more times,
Breathing in through the nose,
Suspending your breath at the top and focusing on the third eye and then releasing with an audible sigh.
Two,
Breathing in through the nose,
Suspending the breath at the top,
Focusing on the third eye and releasing fully with an audible sigh.
Three,
Breathing in through the nose,
Suspending the breath at the top and focusing your physical eyes on the space of the intuitive third eye and releasing all that does not serve you with an audible sigh.
Now that you are comfortably suspended in this beautiful in-between space,
Just between sleeping and waking,
Ask your third eye for downloads,
For information,
For messages,
For symbols.
Allow your third eye to speak to you.
Be that in words,
Be that in images,
Be that in deep sensations,
Feelings,
Knowings.
This magical place of intuition is available to you at all moments,
At all times.
The ease in which you can connect with this space is never more graceful,
Never more pleasant,
Never more full,
Never more intentional,
Never more accessible than right after you wake.
As you suspend in this beautiful dreamscape,
Allow yourself to download,
Allow yourself to hear and see and feel all the messages from your subconscious,
From your conscious,
From your guides,
From your connection to all that was and all that is and all that will be.
As you start to become more and more aware of your physical body,
Connect with each and every space and place from the tips of your toes to the top of your head,
Feeling into your physical vessel,
Drawing your energy from the tippy tops of your toes up through the feet,
Past the ankle,
Beyond the calf and up to the knees,
Feeling into the backs and fronts of the thighs and fully into the hips,
Suspending into the waist,
Feeling behind the belly button,
Drawing that energy into the lungs and into the ribcage,
Feeling that energy move through the heart space and beyond the shoulders,
Down the arms and into each and every one of your fingers,
Breathing and feeling into the energy move past the collarbones and up the neck,
Beyond the chin and jaw,
Into the mouth,
Through the teeth and through the lips,
Beyond the nose,
Past the eyes,
Through the third eye,
Up to the top of the head and through each and every one of your hairs,
Getting deeply connected and deeply present with your physical vessel,
Starting to squeeze each and every muscle,
Then releasing,
Relaxing,
Becoming present and intentional,
Waking up into the physical body and then waking up into the energetic body,
Calling to mind each and every one of your chakras,
From the root chakra at the base of the spine up to the sacral chakra,
Your area of sensuality and sexuality,
Drawing your energy up to your third chakra,
Your solar plexus,
Drawing your energy into that place of personal power and then breathing that energy up into the heart space,
Up into your heart chakra,
Your place of love and forgiveness,
Of self,
Of intention,
Breathing that energy up into the throat chakra,
Expanding your ability to communicate and speak your truth,
Drawing that energy up into the third eye,
Up into your chakra of intuition,
Opening your third eye,
Again asking for messages that you see,
That you hear,
That you feel,
That you know,
With your next in-breath,
Drawing that energy up towards the top chakra,
The crown chakra,
Your connection to the ether,
To the cosmos,
To the universe,
Knowing that you are made of divine materials,
Knowing that you are one with Pachamama,
With the stars and the galaxy,
Knowing that you are all that was and all that is and all that will be,
Coming into your energetic body,
Filling your aura with intention,
Filling your aura with energy and presence and power,
Feeling that egg- shaped energetic body around you that reaches an arm's length to the right,
To the left,
To the front and to the back,
Both above you and below you.
Ask yourself if you sense a color or an image,
A picture or a feeling.
Ask yourself if your body,
If your chakras,
If your aura is sending you messages.
Ask and then listen.
Ask and then be open for a response.
Ask and then do not judge.
Ask and then allow.
Ask and then accept that deep knowing,
That little tingle of information,
That little nudge of awareness.
Ask and be present with yourself.
Ask and enjoy the sound.
Ask and listen to your physical body.
Ask and listen to your energetic body.
Ask and listen to your spiritual body.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling the lungs,
Filling the belly,
Filling the diaphragm,
Expressing gratitude for all that you are,
All that you have,
All that you desire,
Expressing gratitude for the tiniest experience,
All the way to the grandest adventure,
Expressing gratitude for who you are at your truest,
At your purest,
Calling your highest self into this space,
Into this place,
And expressing gratitude.
Asking yourself what would it look like what would it feel like,
What would it sound like to show up as your highest self today and all days.
Knowing that all you need to do is be present in this moment,
At this present moment,
Integrating with your highest self,
Showing up as your highest self,
Speaking the words as your highest self,
Making actions as your highest self,
Feeling your feelings and then releasing them as your highest self.
Knowing that you are ready and willing for the beautiful work,
The beautiful experience,
The beautiful adventure that each day holds.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Suspending the breath at the top,
Releasing all that does not serve you on the out-breath,
And allowing yourself to focus on your desires for this moment,
For this day,
For this week,
For this month,
For this year,
For this life.
What do I desire?
What do I desire?
As you call your desires to your mind,
To your body,
Into your energetic space,
If you feel any contraction,
Any closing down,
Any tension,
Any limitations around your desires,
Allow them to pass through the mind and release them.
Knowing that any limitations are not true,
They are only in the mind,
Do not hold on to them.
Turn towards them,
Acknowledge them,
Express gratitude for them,
For they show you the areas of growth,
They show you space for expansion,
And then release them.
Your intuition does not speak in limitations and fear and tightness and stagnation.
It speaks to you through expansion and excitement and joy and euphoria.
Breathing deeply in through the nose,
Suspending the breath at the top,
Releasing all that does not serve you,
And calling your desires in,
In a more powerful way than you have ever allowed yourself to dream and desire.
Calling your desires in,
Being honest with the self about your truest and deepest desires,
Releasing any limitations that might come up,
Shifting them,
Reprogramming them,
Transmuting them.
Breathing in through the nose,
Suspending the breath at the top,
Breathing out through the mouth.
Repeat this affirmation with me five times.
I am open.
Two,
I am open.
Three,
I am open.
Four,
I am open.
Five,
I am open.
Now in your third eye,
Picture yourself as an open channel for all that you desire,
Releasing any stagnation,
Any limitations,
Any barriers or blocks to your channel.
You are an open channel.
You are now open to your desires,
Releasing anything that stands in the way,
Knowing that your desires are meant for you because you desire them,
Knowing that they come from a deep place within yourself,
Knowing that you are meant for them and they are meant for you,
Feeling that you are an open channel,
Feeling that your desires are meant for you.
Feel into the joy,
Feel into the euphoria,
Feel in to the divine presence of your desires and deep within yourself and picture the enjoyment of them being present in your physical reality.
Breathing in through the nose,
Suspending the breath at the top,
Releasing all that does not serve you with an audible sigh.
You are open.
You are a clear channel for all that you desire.
You are so grateful.
You are so thankful.
You are so present.
As you continue to focus on the breath and become deeply aware of the physical and energetic body,
Allow yourself to enjoy the sound.
Let it wash over you and set the intention for your day.

Wow that was such an easy and relaxing way to go deep in my meditation and I didn't fall asleep yay!!! Lol I've been falling asleep a lot lately just tryna get back into my meditation routine and this was awesome!!! Ty so much!! Will keep coming back to this one!!!
