A guided releasing practice to help support cutting cords, letting go, and releasing all that does not serve you. Follow Lindsay Schroeder as she guided with her voice and F note heart chakra crystal singing bowl through a meditation focused on releasing what no longer serves you. Start with getting deeply connected to your body, relaxing and releasing tension as a practice for further releasing. Then move into a guided practice focused on gently and intentionally letting go.

Transcript

Take a deep breath,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Breathing fully in,

Expanding the lungs,

Expanding the belly,

Expanding the diaphragm,

And breathe fully out,

Releasing from the lungs,

Releasing from the belly,

Releasing from the diaphragm.

Take a full breath,

Feeling into your breath,

Feeling deeply connected to your breath.

Relax your body,

Shift your neck from side to side,

Squeeze your muscles,

And then release your muscles,

Feeling the tension and then feeling the deep relaxation.

As you breathe in and relax your body from the tips of your toes to the top of your head,

Get connected with your physical vessel,

Be present with your physical vessel,

Start to relax into the back of the body,

Being fully present with your body,

Feeling into the back of the head,

The back of the neck,

The back of the back,

The back of the hips and the back of the legs,

All the way down to the bottoms of the feet.

As you continue to stay conscious of your breath,

Repeat in your mind with me,

I am willing to see things differently.

I am willing to see things differently.

Hold to mind that which needs to be released,

Breathing in and calling attention to the areas in which your physical,

Mental,

Emotional,

And spiritual body hold that which needs to be released,

Feeling tension or stress,

Murkiness or muddiness wherever that is held in any of your bodies.

Now that you've called that to mind,

You've called awareness to the body,

To the mental,

Emotional,

And spiritual space in which you hold that which needs to be released,

I ask you to let go,

To release what no longer serves you.

Say to yourself with me five times,

I release what no longer serves me.

Two,

I release what no longer serves me.

Three,

I release what no longer serves me.

Four,

I release what no longer serves me.

Five,

I release what no longer serves me.

Breathing deeply in through the nose and feeling the space that you are creating as you release what no longer serves you.

Releasing the ties and the cords,

Releasing what no longer serves you beyond the physical body,

Beyond the energetic body,

Feel it and see it moving beyond the aura,

Outside of your energetic space and release it fully.

Light that on fire,

Blow that up,

Allow it to release with bubbles,

With the breeze,

Whatever imagery you feel called to,

Release what no longer serves you,

Make space by releasing what no longer serves you.

Be intentional about that which you hold in your mind and body and soul.

Breathing deeply in through the nose and filling that new space with pure light and new oxygen,

I release what no longer serves me.

Taking a deep breath in,

Filling the body with intention,

Creating space and asking yourself,

What do I desire to call into the space that I've created now that you have released,

Now that you have space?

What do you desire?

What do you desire?

Taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Filling the lungs,

Filling the belly,

Filling the diaphragm,

Expressing gratitude to yourself for releasing what no longer serves you,

Expressing gratitude to yourself for making space for your truest and deepest desires.
