Welcome to this second chakra meditation to help you get deeply embodied,

Connected with your sacral chakra,

Connecting with your divine essence,

Connecting with your creativity,

Your femininity,

Your sensuality,

Your sexuality,

Feeling into the flow of your body,

Feeling into your womb space,

Stepping into your goddess aspect,

Getting connected with the priestess that you hold within your energy and within your body.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Relaxing your entire physical vessel from the tips of your toes to the top of your head,

Relaxing and releasing,

Becoming fully present in your physical body,

Squeezing each of the fingers and each of the toes,

Engaging any muscle that needs to be relaxed.

Engage that muscle and then release that tension,

Feeling the full relaxation of your entire body.

If you haven't already,

Please close your eyes,

Bring your focus to your breath,

In through the nose,

Suspending at the top and then out through the mouth,

Slow,

Intentional repetition.

Relax,

Relax,

Relaxing your hands on your second chakra,

The area of your femininity.

As you breathe,

Feel the belly expand,

Slightly moving the hands,

Feel the warmth of your body and the movement as you breathe,

As you exist,

Taking a deep breath in and releasing with an audible sigh.

Feel the deep release you experience when you part your lips and release your breath with an audible sigh.

Start to come in to full presence,

Feeling deeply connected with your second chakra,

Welcoming your intention into this space.

We will now go into our drum session.

Allow the sound to guide you,

Follow the sound,

Welcome the rhythm.

Envision yourself walking downstairs,

Step by step by step.

These stairs are larger and wider than any stairs you've been on before.

As if these stairs were made for a large mythical creature.

It takes several of your steps to walk the entire stair,

Moving down,

Down,

And down,

Further into the depths of your soul,

Into the depths of yourself,

Moving into your sacral chakra,

Being lost in the drum beat,

Following the drum beat,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Deeper and deeper,

And deeper,

Down,

Down.

Deeper,

Deeper,

And deeper,

Welcoming your connection to your sacral chakra,

Feeling your physical body and your energetic body blending,

Feeling the rhythm of the drum move through your energy,

Your body,

Snaking through from the tips of the toes,

Up past the ankles,

Slithering over the knees and around the thighs,

Coiling and curling into the area of your sacral chakra,

Coiling and curling around your goddess nature,

You feel your priestess awaken,

You feel the power and presence and radiance of your physical body merge with your energetic body,

You feel the opening and blooming of your sacral chakra as an orange blossom,

As an orange pulsating fire,

Coiling and curling,

Unraveling and blooming,

As if it has been fed by the water and the earth and the air and the sun for much time,

Now finally the petals open and face the sun,

Feel your goddess energy awaken from your physical body,

Through your energetic body,

Entering your auric field,

Integrating with your auric field,

Becoming one with your intention,

Envision yourself as your goddess self,

Envision the clothing and adornment that you wear,

The jewelry,

Jewels,

The feathers in your hair or the flowers in your hair,

Your bare feet against the earth,

Are you a goddess of fire,

A goddess of air,

A goddess of earth,

A goddess of water or a goddess of ether,

Are you a warrior goddess,

Are you a nurturing mother goddess,

Are you the goddess of destruction,

Are you goddess of melody and music,

Are you the goddess of animals,

Children,

Plants,

Calling to mind your physical aspect as the goddess,

What do you hold,

What do you wear,

What do you sound like,

Stepping fully into her,

Becoming one with her,

Integrating,

Winding,

Writhing,

Blending into one,

Becoming one,

Following the drum beat down,

Stepping into the goddess like never before,

Feeling your sacral chakra awakening,

Like a snake coiling around your energy centers,

Feeling this energy wake up,

Turning into one formless being,

Partnering and pairing with your goddess as if you are looking in a mirror and seeing her,

Realizing that you are one with her,

Call to mind the last time you integrated pleasure into your physical vessel,

Into your energetic vessel,

When was the last time you expressed love for yourself,

For your body,

For your mind,

For your energy,

Offer that now,

The way pain and pleasure move through you,

Integrate her power and presence into each chakra,
