Welcome to your evening meditation.
Play this meditation before you drift off to sleep.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Start to relax your physical body.
Start to release the tension and stress,
Anxiety and pain from your day.
Breathing in through the nose and circulating oxygen throughout the body.
Breathing down to the tips of the toes and breathing up to the top of the head.
Relaxing each and every part of your physical vessel.
Relaxing the top of the head and the forehead.
Relaxing the eyes and the ears and the nose.
Relaxing the cheeks and the jaw.
Releasing the tongue from the top of the mouth.
Relaxing the neck and the shoulders.
Relaxing all the way down each arm,
Down each finger.
Relaxing the chest and the lungs.
Relaxing the waist and the hips.
Relaxing the butt and the thighs.
Relaxing the knees and the shins.
Relaxing the ankles and the feet.
Relaxing each and every toe.
Relaxing all the way through the bottoms of the feet.
Calling to mind your day.
Expressing gratitude for your day.
Call to mind one or two or three things that you can be grateful for in your day.
Are you grateful for your ability to get up and go to work?
Are you grateful for the nutritious food you ate?
Are you grateful for the positive interactions with a partner or the time spent with friends or the exhilarating new project you're working on?
Call into your mind several things that you can be grateful for.
Filling your body,
Filling your energy,
Filling your aura with gratitude.
Express to yourself that you did your very best today.
Express to yourself that as you learn to do better,
You do better.
Allow space for growth.
Expand your mind.
Get deeply connected with your body.
Allow space in your energy for growth,
For learning,
For expansion.
There is always room for more.
There is always room for deeper awareness.
There is always room to be more present,
More intentional.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose.
Repeat after me in your mind's eye each of these I am affirmations.
I am worthy.
I am confident.
I am abundant.
I am loving.
I am lovable.
I am love.
I am smart.
I am successful.
I am prosperous.
I am magical.
I am intentional.
I am friendly.
I am intelligent.
I am grounded.
I am creative.
I am strong.
I forgive myself.
I forgive others.
I speak my truth.
I am intuitive.
I am connected.
I am one with the universe.
The universe is within me.
The universe is all around me.
I am calm.
I am still.
I am peaceful.
I am an open channel for all of my desires.

As you drift off to sleep,
Envision yourself as an open child.
An open channel,
A flowing river,
An abundant being.
Picture yourself and feel yourself as this open channel available to receive all that you desire.
Feel the feelings of achieving,
Of having,
Of being all that you desire.
Feel the feelings of being in love,
Of offering your love.
Feel the feelings of being abundant,
Having unlimited resource at your fingertips.
Feel the feelings of being deeply embodied.
Feel the feelings of your purpose,
Your passion becoming your profession.
Feel the feelings of deep fulfillment in all areas of your life.
As you drift off to sleep,
Feel the feelings of unlimited possibilities.
All that you desire is meant for you simply because you desire it.
Welcome it into your life,
Welcome it into your reality.
Manifest your intentions,
Call them from the ethereal realm into the physical realm.
Allow them to flow through your open channel.
Your natural state is an unblocked open channel manifesting in an instant,
A thought becomes a belief,
Becomes a word,
Becomes a deed,
Becomes real.
