Welcome to your empath meditation.
This meditation is to support empaths and highly sensitive individuals in separating what is yours from what is not yours.
As empaths,
We frequently pick up the energy of others.
We carry it with us.
Often this does not serve us.
Taking time and space to separate and release what is not yours,
What no longer serves you from your own energy,
Will help you stay in alignment.
Cleansing and clearing your own energy on a regular basis will support not only your empath capabilities,
But your entire energetic body and auric field.
I ask that you take a few moments suspended from all other responsibilities in life and relax with me here.
Start by getting comfortable in your physical body and in your physical space.
Moving the head from side to side,
Clenching and releasing the muscles as to feel true relaxation.
Close the eyes.
Breathe deeply and intentionally through the nose and out through the mouth.
Relaxing the entire body.
Relaxing every single space from the tips of the toes to the top of the head.
Relaxing through each finger,
Through each toe.
Relaxing behind your eyelids.
Relaxing behind your forehead.
Relaxing every physical part of your body.
Starting to relax your energetic body from the crown chakra through the third eye down to the throat,
Beyond the heart,
Through the solar plexus and into the sacral,
All the way down through the root chakra.
Relaxing and releasing tension.
Coming into deep and full presence with your physical body.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
I ask that you envision in your mind's eye a mosaic.
Creating and crafting this mosaic as representation of yourself.
Ask what are the pieces made of?
Are they pieces of clay?
Pieces of glass?
Is your mosaic like a stained glass?
Like parts of plates and pottery?
Is it tiny shells or little crystals?
Calling to mind the texture and color and composition of your mosaic.
What is your color scheme?
Beautiful blushes and soft neutrals?
Maybe deep,
Vibrant jewel tones or flirty neons dancing about the sky.
Ask yourself to envision the color of your mosaic.
Mule this over.
Muse on this in your third eye,
In your mind's eye,
Until a color palette becomes clear to you.
If one does not become clear,
Select the first one that comes to mind from the list.
Create your own totally separate from my suggestions,
If it so serves you.
Once you have your color palette and texture in mind,
Envision your mosaic in front of you.
Is there putty in between each piece?
Do they fit perfectly up against each other?
Are these pieces of crystal in a bowl?
Is it a stained glass window up against the light?
Create,
Curate,
Cultivate your mosaic,
Placing your energy and yourself into each and every piece,
Feeling oneness with your pieces,
Those represented by the colors you have chosen,
The textures you have chosen,
Even the size and structure of each piece,
Where it meets another.
How your entire mosaic is formed is of your own mind through your own mind's eye.
Breathing deeply,
Feeling connected,
Experiencing your mosaic.
Run your hand over your mosaic,
Feeling the pieces,
Engaging with the texture,
Loving the colors,
Feeling yourself,
Your energy,
Your intention,
And your awareness in every piece of your mosaic.
When you are ready,
Taking a few steps back from your mosaic,
Are you looking straight at it?
Are you looking up at it?
Is it potentially on the ground in front of you?
Is it large or small?
Is it life-size?
Is there a picture that you see?
Is it abstract?
What type of energy does it call to mind?
What style of picture does it paint?
Once you step back far enough and can fully take in the visual of your mosaic,
Start to look around.
Are there pieces that do not belong?
Are there pieces that do not match your color scheme?
Are there pieces of another texture?
Are there pieces that do not belong?
Potentially dark or muddy pieces,
Maybe pieces that you cannot see through in your stained glass mosaic.
Maybe neutral pieces amongst your jewel tones.
Maybe dark,
Foggy areas where you cannot even see the pieces of your mosaic.
Exploring your creation,
Looking for any piece,
Any part,
Any area that does not fit with your intention,
That does not fit with your color scheme,
That does not fit with your texture,
That does not fit with your overall picture or feeling,
Motif or intention.
As you start to locate these pieces that do not belong,
I ask that you run your hands over them or reach towards them,
Gently plucking them from your mosaic,
Placing them into your hands.
They leave your mosaic easily with just a gentle touch,
With just a gentle thought.
Each piece that does not belong falls from your mosaic.
Collect all of the pieces that do not belong.
Collect all of the energy that is not yours.
Make a pile in front of you.
Make a pile in your hand.
Select any and every piece that does not belong that is not a part of your energy of your mosaic.
Some of these pieces will stand out as a specific energy,
Potentially a moment or emotion from another.
Maybe an experience that someone shared with you.
Maybe a feeling you picked up on at work or a memory a friend shared with you.
Now is the time to release all that does not belong to you,
All that does not serve you,
Selecting each and every mosaic piece that is not yours.
Each piece represents an energetic signature that is not yours,
That does not belong to you,
That does not serve you.
As you pluck it from your mosaic,
Release it.
Let it go into the pile,
Into your hand,
Collecting away from your mosaic.
As you remove more and more and more of the pieces that do not belong,
You start to see your mosaic come together.
Maybe you see the picture.
Maybe you feel the oneness of all of your colors coming together in that same color scheme.
Maybe the textures balance and blend.
Maybe the light shines through your stained glass.
Running your hand over your mosaic,
Running your eyes over your mosaic,
Checking to make sure that you have released every energy that does not belong to you,
Every memory and emotion,
Every little rip and tear in your auric field from exposure to others' energies,
Others' emotions and thoughts,
Others' stories and musings,
Others' tellings and tales,
Releasing all that does not belong to you.
If you've been collecting those mosaic pieces in your hand,
Tip your fingers down and let those pieces trickle beyond your fingers,
Collecting in a pile on the ground.
Once you have your pile in front of you,
Release it to the center of the earth to be transmuted.
Watch the ground beneath the pile fall out and drop to the center of the earth.
Watch each and every mosaic piece that does not belong to you fall to the center of the earth,
Or it will be transmuted by Pachamama,
By Mother Gaia,
Transmuted into its highest and greatest energy,
Its most aligned intention,
Returned to its original owner,
Or held at the center of the earth to be used in different ways.
Release all that does not serve you.
Release every energy that you have picked up on and held throughout your day,
Throughout your week,
Throughout your month,
Throughout your year and throughout your lifetime.
See and feel and witness your mosaic.
Now is a shining and sparkling,
Dancing and illuminated vision of your own creation,
Of your own energy.
Bask in the radiance of your own mosaic,
Of your own energy,
Pure of others' feelings,
Of others' intentions,
Of the weight that you carry from others.
Breathing deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Releasing all that no longer serves you,
Releasing all that does not belong to you.
Bask in the glow of your mosaic.
Thank your energy.
Thank your mind's eye.
Know that you have access to this place,
This practice,
This intention,
Whenever you need it.
Anytime you feel yourself taking on others' emotions,
Any time you question if a feeling is yours or someone else's,
Any time your energy takes a sharp right or left turn when you enter a space with others,
Any time you want to check in with your own alignment,
Come to this place,
Envision your mosaic and separate out the pieces that do not belong to you.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Feeling into your auric field around you,
Feeling all the tiny rips and tears from the day,
From the week,
From the month,
From the year,
From the life filling in.
Feel your auric field stronger,
Aligned,
Expanded,
So full,
So radiant.
You are aligned.
Your energy is yours.
You have separated all that no longer serves you and all that does not belong to you.
Thank you for your work.
Thank you for your intention.
