Wow! Day 6! Today’s 7-minute meditation starts with a little bit of three-step breathing. Then, we ask ourselves silently “What am I grateful for?“ For a Sanskrit mantra today, we use the word “Om Shanti.” You can also use the English phrase "I am peace" if it serves you better. And we close our meditation with the intention: “My heart is full with peace and grace.” Such a wonderful job, my friend. See you tomorrow for Day 7! Love and light, To your precious

Welcome my friends.

Welcome.

This is day six of seven days of meditation under seven minutes.

And today we are at peace.

Let's sit comfortably with our spine up straight.

The body is in a comfortable relaxed position.

And we will start with three step breathing.

So step one is filling our lungs with breath.

Step two is filling the belly with breath.

And step three is exhaling out.

Give it a try.

If it serves you,

Use it.

If not,

Join me with some normal breathing and try it another day.

See how it goes for you.

Let's soften our gaze or close the eyes.

Whatever feels comfortable.

And breathe in through the nose,

Expand the lungs,

Expand the belly,

And exhale out through the nose.

Relax all the muscles.

Breathe in through the nose,

Expand the chest,

Expand the belly,

And breathe out.

Relax all the muscles,

The whole body as you exhale through the nose.

Breathe in through the nose,

Expand the chest,

Expand the belly,

And breathe out through the nose.

Relax the whole body.

And one last time.

Breathe in through the nose,

Expand the chest,

Expand the lungs,

The belly,

And breathe out through the nose.

Relax the whole body.

Resume your normal breathing through the nose.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

We'll start our meditation with asking ourselves silently the question,

What am I grateful for?

What am I grateful for?

Ask yourself silently and listen to whatever comes.

Release the question,

Release the answers.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

We'll continue our meditation with the silent repetition of the mantra.

Om Shanti Om Shanti Om Shanti Please continue repeating the mantra silently,

Easily and effortlessly.

If it feels more comfortable in your body today to use the mantra I am peace,

Then choose that mantra.

I am peace.

Continue repeating the mantra.

Om Shanti I am peace.

The beginning,

At the end of the meditation,

You'll hear soft chimes.

Om Shanti.

The beginning,

At the end of the meditation,

You'll hear soft chimes.

The beginning,

At the end of the meditation,

You'll hear soft chimes.

The beginning,

At the end of the meditation,

You'll hear soft chimes.

Please keep your eyes closed if they're closed.

Release the repetition of the mantra.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

We'll close our meditation today with silently setting the intention.

My heart is full with peace and grace.

Repeat it silently to yourself a few times.

My heart is full with peace and grace.

Release the intention and as you feel comfortable,

Please open your eyes.

Thank you for sharing your meditation with me today.
