Welcome to Day 5, my friend! Today, we celebrate. Today’s meditation starts with belly breathing. We continue with the question “How can my unique talents best serve me and others?“ The Sanskrit mantra today is “Om Bhavam Namah.” If it feels more comfortable to use the English phrase "I exist," choose that. We complete our meditation with the intention: “I celebrate the very probability of my existence.” Well done my friend! See you tomorrow for Day 6! Love and light, To your precious
