Hello, hello, hello! It’s Day 4. Today, we transform. We settle in today’s 7-minute meditation by introducing the pause into the 5-count breathing method. Then we ask ourselves silently “How can I best serve myself and others?“ For a Sanskrit mantra today, we use the word “OM,” the sound of the Universe. And we close our meditation with the intention: “I am whole, I am healed.” Job well done! Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow! Love and light, To your precious

Hello,

Hello,

Hello my friend!

It's day 4 and today we transform.

So let's sit comfortably with our spine up straight so the energy can flow easily and effortlessly.

Our body is in a comfortable position,

Feet flat on the floor maybe,

Thumbs maybe open or closed and we maybe soften our gaze or close the eyes and we'll start with introducing the paws to our breathing.

So we'll breathe in for nothing through the nose and we'll exhale through the nose for nothing and we will start with inhale for 5,

Pause return to your normal breathing through the nose and now through the nose inhale in and exhale out.

We will start our meditation with asking the question how can I best serve myself and others?

How can I best serve myself and others?

Ask yourself silently and listen,

Listen to whatever comes.

Release the question and any answer that may have come.

Inhale in and exhale out and we will continue our meditation with silently repeating the mantra AUM,

The sound of the universe AUM easily and effortlessly AUM AUM.

If you catch yourself distracted by something else,

A noise or a phone vibrating,

Whatever it is,

Notice it and come back to the mantra easily and effortlessly AUM.

At the beginning and the end of the meditation you will hear a soft chime.

AUM.

AUM.

Day 4 is my favorite so far. How can i serve? Ì am slowly losing my vision. How can i best serve in a dark world? I can listen. I can counsel. I can guide. I can care. I can hold space. I can hold the high watch. Thank you.
