Hello my friends,
It's day two of seven days of meditation under seven minutes and today we release.
Let's sit comfortably with our spine up straight,
Our body relaxed,
The feet maybe flat on the floor or in a comfortable position.
Let's have the palms today on our thighs or knees but facing down towards Mother Earth to ground and we will soften our gaze or close our eyes and we'll breathe in through the nose and breathe out through the nose.
We'll start with some exhales with the sound ha so breathe in through the nose and exhale through the mouth with the sound ha breathing through the nose and exhale from the mouth ha breathing through the nose and exhale releasing everything ha breathe in through the nose and exhale if you feel dizzy pause for a moment and resume as you feel comfortable.
Breathe in through the nose and exhale with the sound ha and one more time breathe in through the nose and exhale everything everything everything ha breathing through the nose and exhale slowly through the nose breathing through the nose and exhale through the nose.
We will start our meditation with the question what do I want for myself and others?
Ask you so silently what do I want for myself and others?
What do I want for myself and others?
Just listen to whatever comes Release the question and any answers that may have come and we'll continue our meditation with the silent repetition of the mantra Aham It really translates to I am so if that is easier for you to repeat and use in your meditation use the English phrase Aham is the Sanskrit mantra Aham the beginning at the end of the meditation you'll hear a soft chime Aham I am I am you you you I release all that is no longer serving me repeat it silently to yourself I release all that is no longer serving me I release all that is no longer serving me Release the intention to the universe allow it to fill it in its own way breathe in breathe out breathe in breathe out open your eyes if they were closed as you feel comfortable well done my friend really awesome job thank you for joining me today like subscribe and I'll see you tomorrow Namaste
