Welcome to the Spring Equinox guided meditation.
To begin,
Arrive in a comfortable seated position.
Spine straight,
Palms on your thighs,
Soften your gaze.
Deeply breathe in fresh air and energy.
And breathe out stress,
Simply surrendering.
Notice what it feels like to connect to the earth.
Grounding yourself from the soles of your feet.
Feeling the sensations of the earth's energy.
Moving from the soles of your feet all the way to the crown of your head.
Deeply breathing in fresh vitality and exhaling and letting go of the old energy.
Now softly shift your awareness from your head and bring your attention to your inner gaze.
And from here,
Bring awareness to the space right between your eyes.
This is your third eye point,
Your Anja Chakra.
Tuning in into the power of your imagination as you invite in the energy of the Spring Equinox.
New energy for yourself and the whole universe.
And now from your Anja Chakra,
Look right through your forehead,
Gazing into the space in front of your forehead.
And in this space,
Visualize an abundance of light that is beginning to return to the earth at the end of this winter.
Now take a moment to reflect upon what it is that you most want to grow this season.
And then plant the seed of your intention into the fertile earth.
Deeply breathing in and out.
And just be with your breath.
The ebbs and the flow of the inhalations and exhalations.
Just be with the breath in this moment.
I now invite you to connect to your heart by placing your hands over your heart.
Your Anja Hatha Chakra.
Take a moment to once again reflect on the seeds of your intentions for this Spring Equinox.
As you welcome in the new energy,
Ask yourself,
What does a greater expression of me look like?
What thought patterns do I need to release to become a greater expression of myself?
Now from your heart center space,
Pause to take three heart breaths.
Breathing in through the back of the heart,
Pause in the middle and breathing out from the front of the heart,
Pausing.
Breathing to your heart's wisdom as you breathe in through the back of the heart,
Pause and breathe out through the front of the heart,
Pause.
Using the connection to your heart,
Breathing in through the back of your heart,
Pausing in the middle and breathing out through the front of the heart,
Inviting in into your heart all things connected to Spring.
Flow,
Creativity,
Growth.
Now visualize yourself out in nature.
What is your favorite space to be in nature?
Just visualize yourself there,
Taking in the elements of the space.
Wherever you are,
Visualize yourself,
Continue allowing your body to melt down to the earth.
Now visualize connecting to the earth through your root chakra,
Ula Dara Chakra,
Located at the base of your spine.
Imagine growing your roots like a tree,
Connecting to the different layers of the earth.
Imagine the nourishment from the earth's roots flowing through your body,
Vitalizing your airy cells.
Feel the sensation of this energy moving through you as you expand your awareness now to all parts of nature,
Taking in the smells,
The sounds,
And the feeling of the earth underneath you,
Just breathing in the energy of the space.
And as you think of Spring,
Allow yourself to connect further with nature and visualize the seeds of your intentions,
Giving birth to new life,
New energy,
Manifesting your desires,
Trusting that your desires matter and will grow and come to fruition.
Imagine what a greater expression of you looks like.
Imagine new seeds of nourishing thoughts that enable you to become a greater version of yourself.
Imagine taking in one more deep breath through the nose and breathing out through the mouth,
Letting go of this journey,
Letting go of your desires,
Moving back fully into your body,
Into the here and now,
Maybe wiggle your toes,
Stretch your head side to side,
Relaxing the sensations of your heartbeats with your hands still on your heart space and say thank you.
Say thank you to your heart for nourishing you with compassion,
Empathy,
And love.
Thank you to Mother Earth for providing you with nature,
A place that allows you to deeply be nourished,
Heal,
And really grow.
And say thank you to the universe for co-creating with you,
For hearing what your desires are,
And take one last breath in through your heart space,
A space of gratitude,
And then breathe out,
Let it all go.
